I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. What an amazing dealership!!!! We recently purchased a new 2025 Tulluride from this dealership and could not be happier with the overall experience. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by the manager, Karim with a warm welcome and smiling face. It just got better from there..... Our sales consultant, Johann was the best!!!!! He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Once we settled on the perfect vehicle for us, we were given an honest and totally transparent out the door cost of the vehicle. Everything was itemized and provided to us upfront without guesswork. I am very pleased with Premier Subaru. This was my first experience with the dealership and I was not disappointed. The Sales Associate and Finance Manager I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Most importantly, I got the car I wanted at a fair price.

The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.
