There were a couple of recalls on my kia so I took it to have it serviced, the technician found I also need my breaks done, so they not only did everything I took it in for, they also did the breaks and gave me a break on the rosters that needed to be replaced.And THEN stayed after they'd already closed for the night to make sure I got my car back, the ALSO did this in spite of an incoming storm that would definitely arrive before Bryan(the technician helping me) could get out and home 20+ miles away!! He/they went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough!!!!

We went to check out a specific used car and were pleasantly greeted by Ricky. We checked out the car and test drove it and decided to think about a possible purchase. Later that evening we contacted him and even though the next day was his day off he made arrangements to meet us and we were able to make a deal we were very happy with. Due to previous commitments on our part we were not able to take delivery but did so the next day. On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead. A friend charged my battery enough that I could get to KYAH and I had called coach who is head of the service department who is fantastic and he said bring it right out. Will get it right in there and get it taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. They get it taken care of. I had no problems. He brought the car out. He explained everything to me about not having to use the key to start the car up, but you can always use the key that’s inside the a little chamber and it just worked really good and he just if I ever have a problem and I come up there he always explains things in detail with me and that’s what you have to do with me. Explain it in detail. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough about The service department at Kia Bev Smith Kia. I cannot say enough good words.
