The Chevrolet Lansing staff is the best. Everyone made me feel at home and relaxed. I was not bombarded by everyone just Donna and Philip and they took care of me.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I?ve had so many issues from this dealership since I?ve purchased my vehicle. Brought it in a few times and always had terrible service with poor communication. This last time bringing in my vehicle Megan (service advisor) has been a great redemption to what I thought of this place. She has always been super friendly, straightforward, and on top of that with great communication. I want her specifically every time going forward I come in to the service department. 10/10 employee and I never leave reviews. She made me want to write one. Thank you

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I want to thank Shelly in the service department for making the big repair of my Kia (older) a good experience. She kept in constant contact with me while it was being service. I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home. We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with.
