I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Paolo was our salesman and he was beyond helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I had been talking to Rachel through emails and she set everything up for us, as far as what payment we wanted. She got us just we asked for. We then went to the dealership and Paolo helped us with the rest of the way. He showed us the truck, ran numbers for us and made it work so that we got the payment we asked for. This was my sons first experience buying a new car and it could not have been a better experience. The manager there also came out to talk to my son and be sure he understood everything about the lease. I thought that was awesome. There was at no time any feeling of being rushed, or being pressured to buy the truck. We went home to talk about the payment and 2 days later bought the truck. I WOULD RECOMMEND ADVANTAGE AND PAOLO TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A CHEVY TRUCK.

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

They both were better than the average dealer staff and I will buy my next auto from this place. I had the 2022 SX model of the Telluride and loved that car, I thought I would get an even better car in the 2023 but I was wrong. I don't like the fact that they took away some of the choices I loved about the 2022. Let's start with the instrument Cluster, In the 2022 you could change the color of the heads-up display but now white is the only color you can get. The 2022 car the car used to beep if you switch lanes without the tun signal and it would try it's best to keep you in your lane. The 2023 car doesn't not, all it does is vibrate and it doesn't even try to switch you back into your lane. Also the interior lights on the door in the dashboard are minimum at best, It's not as vibrant as it used to be. Also the grill is lack luster and I loved the way the lights on the 2022 were, None of this is a knock on the way the car drives tho. It's still smooth tho. I just like the 2022 version better. Hopefully they come out with an update to improve these things.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I have 2023 Telluride X-line and it's a great car EXCEPT IT CAN NOT TOW!! So if you want to tow, NO, DO NOT RECCOMMEND. The dealer told me when I bought it ( with $5,000 mark-up - so NOT a great value ) it already came with tow hitch and harness. It did not. And you can not get a 7 pin harness from KIA and after market can not provide either. Have to cancel planned vacation due to this an NOT happy.

I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X at Baha after seeing it on Cars.Com. The listed price was really good so the only issue was the value of my trade-in. Mason made me a reasonable offer after I emailed pictures, then emailed me a Bill of Sale so I knew all the costs before I arrived. When I got there they took my 2016 Tesla Model S for a test drive and upped their trade-in offer by $2000 without any negotiation by me. They look like a typical corner used car lot with cars packed in, but they have a lot of nice cars. They listed my trade-in at a very attractive price. It will be a great deal for someone. Pro Tip: If you're coming from the north, don't get off I-94 at Cicero. Take the next exit east and enjoy a more relaxing drive to North Avenue.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

Best buying experience ever. After shopping other dealers all week. Going around getting the run around. I contacted Continetal via their website. I sent them text message containing pictures of my trade, trade amounts offered by other dealers, and my offer to buy their truck. Two text messages later Mustafa and I agreed to a price. One phone call to seal the deal that took two minutes, and finally 1 hour at dealership. I was in the car business for 4 years know a good deal when I see one. Thier numbers are spot on. Not only fair but priced like friends and family. Nothing was promised or said that they could not do. I have bought well over 100 cars in my 48 years and have had few people as considerate and honest as Leo and Mustafa! I can't say enough good things about them. Best deal in 200 miles and painless to deal with. I know every trick in the book and advertising falsehood...they didnt hide the rebate to keep as their profit and gave me special financing. Cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with people like they are. It usually takes 2 days, 100 texts, and 6 phone calls to make the deal they made in minutes. Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

I was in and out in less than an Hour. Everyone was very pleasant, the paperwork was explained in detail. They allowed me to leave my other vehicle there until someone took me to pick it up. From the time I entered ti the time I left I felt very comfortable.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.
