If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!

I love the way it rides nice and comfortable. Picks up power on hills and it’s a perfect size for long trips to pack what u need!!

Have purchased all of our used cars from CarMax. Only criticism I would have is you need to really inspect the car well if it has been in a reported accident. We try to stay away from those - to many hidden damage possibilities. CarMax sales person, Mike is awesome and has enabled me to put my two daughters in safe and nice first time vehicles.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

The best car-buying experience in 40 years of buying cars. Steph was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. But most importantly, the customer service he provided was stellar. He offered to have me take the car home for the night to be sure it would fit in my garage. When I returned the next day, my car was parked in the back of the lot so he drove me to my car. (At a different dealership it was raining and I had to walk to my car at the back of their lot—trucks blocked access to their closest parking. I was soaked by the time I got to my car. A real difference in customer service/experience). Add to all this, the no pressure sales approach. The manager Greg made several accommodations in the price of their car as well as the trade-in value of my car. He even added a piece of equipment I wanted. Bottom line, he went above and beyond to find an offer that enabled me to purchase the exact car I wanted for a price I could afford. I truly felt like family. The entire staff were fabulous. I strongly recommend giving Kia of West Chester a visit when looking to purchase a car. Tom E

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I have leased with Kia of Coatesville since we move to this area and I go there for all my service. They are polite, respectful and relatively quick. My lease was up and I came to re-lease. The process was much faster and less painful than I have experienced elsewhere. They also provided home delivery for me and electronic paperwork so I was not stuck at the dealership for hours.

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.
