I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. 2021 Kia Telluride SX review
Excellent Telluride
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Your service team did a great job!
Your service team did a great job!! We are from the Pittsburgh, PA area. We had the oil changed in our 2023 Forte last Friday at a local Jiffy Lube before leaving for Ft. Knox for our son's ROTC graduation. By the time we got to Radcliff, the crankcase was almost dry. The oil filter was leaking. When I called your dealership, Bobby told me, "By the time you get here, we'll have an open bay for you." They took me right in, and I was on my way in 30 - 40 minutes. It was nice to be so well taken care of so far from home. Just sorry I won't be able to use your dealership on a regular basis.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.
