Chris always answered my questions promptly when I asked while the truck was being built and yes I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a new vehicle and special ordering one on top of that. If Chris was off for the day when I had a question another salesman stepped right in and answered my question. I was able to track the progress of the build on the Ford website. Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

Kept the pressure low and thoroughly explained the available options. CJ and Brandon were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them/this dealership to anyone. Having the out the door price available immediately on new cars was super helpful and made the experience easy and low pressure. Didn't try to add on a whole bunch of unneccessary coverage during the financing portion. Thank you again!

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.
