I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

Under pressure having many consecutive sales that afternoon to get excited customer's into their new car. His efficiency and thoroughness as I left, had NOT one after thought of any questions. Shawn explained every detail of the process, as we moved from one signature to another, answering my questions and noted certain things for my better understanding. No gimmicks, no “mystery” dealership fees—just honest, straightforward help. The finance manager, Kane, was equally impressive. I got the usual run-through of financing, but he wasn’t aggressive or overbearing. Instead, he was considerate, patient, and made the process feel easy. It was a complete 180 from my experiences at other dealerships. 12/10—highly recommend this team if you want a stress-free, respectful car-buying experience.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.
