Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership because of the hours waiting—the back and forth to the manager’s office for approval of an offer, the slow, slow financing process, and then waiting some more for the vehicle to be retrieved and cleaned. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Everything about my experience was first class. The salesman Ben was very professional, very positive and outgoing. You could tell he really enjoys his job. He knew all about the features, options of the car. Impressive. Riley in the business office was very good too. Both Ben and Riley were very personable.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I had the 2022 SX model of the Telluride and loved that car, I thought I would get an even better car in the 2023 but I was wrong. I don't like the fact that they took away some of the choices I loved about the 2022. Let's start with the instrument Cluster, In the 2022 you could change the color of the heads-up display but now white is the only color you can get. The 2022 car the car used to beep if you switch lanes without the tun signal and it would try it's best to keep you in your lane. The 2023 car doesn't not, all it does is vibrate and it doesn't even try to switch you back into your lane. Also the interior lights on the door in the dashboard are minimum at best, It's not as vibrant as it used to be. Also the grill is lack luster and I loved the way the lights on the 2022 were, None of this is a knock on the way the car drives tho. It's still smooth tho. I just like the 2022 version better. Hopefully they come out with an update to improve these things.

On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! I have 2023 Telluride X-line and it's a great car EXCEPT IT CAN NOT TOW!! So if you want to tow, NO, DO NOT RECCOMMEND. The dealer told me when I bought it ( with $5,000 mark-up - so NOT a great value ) it already came with tow hitch and harness. It did not. And you can not get a 7 pin harness from KIA and after market can not provide either. Have to cancel planned vacation due to this an NOT happy.

I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

First service appointment on my new car and it went really wells. Communication was great. They hit the promise time perfectly. Overall it was a very good experience.

Great, easy experience. Tara was incredible. She admitted right away she was very new and whatever answer she did not have, she would get. We learned the Telluride together. The team there supported her through the process, thus supported us. Would absolutely consider buying another car with the team there.

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.
