Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

6 months ago, I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4, 85K miles, no warranty. Background, I live 115 miles from this dealership but they had the truck I wanted so I made the drive. There was never any doubt in my mind that I would not go back there for service just due to the distance. On my way home from picking up the truck, the TPMS system said there was an error and was only showing pressure for three tires (no LF). I chocked it up to a bad sensor and as I have replaced these in previous vehicles and know they are not that expensive, I pressed on home as it was too late and I was half way home . This was an intermittent problem until I did my first oil change / tire rotation. I mentioned this problem to the Chevy dealer and asked them to change the sensor. They checked the sensor and it was reading a strong battery signal so I told them to just rotate the tires and I would see what happens. Soon after, this intermittent problem became and consistent issue. The problem was it was showing the same LF tire even though the tires had been rotated and reprogrammed which meant the issue was something else. That Chevy dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to diagnose the problem ($200). That's the history now why I'm recommending Coughlin, a couple weeks ago someone from Coughlin just made a 6 month check up call. I told her I loved the truck and had no issues other than this TPMS problem. I had no expectation of the dealership doing any thing about this, (six months and 7k miles later) she told me she would contact the Service Manager, John Tackett, and have him call me. The next day he did and he told me they would at least diagnose the problem, no charge and see what they could do. Thinking this was looking like it was going to turn into an expensive fix I took him up on the offer. Today I took the truck in and dealt with Paul Lynch, the Service Advisor. Long story short, not only did they diagnose, but they spent a total of 3-4 hours taking care of it at no charge to me. I find it so refreshing this day in age to have a company stand behind what they sold me, I'm just at a loss for words of thanks. Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will be checking this dealership first, even with it being 115 mile drive. Kudos to John & Paul, thank you both very much!!! Also a shout out to my salesman, Forest, as I had a good experience when I made the purchase. Obviously, I recommend doing business here!!!

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. This dealership/facility has served us well for the past 14 years and we've purchased 3 different Grand Cherokees from them. The sales staff members (Marty & Ron) that we've dealt with over this timeframe have provided us with outstanding service at all times. Their maintenance/service department has also provided quality maintenance on all of our vehicles, but I will not rate the "quality of repairs" on this vehicle (2014) due to the fact that we have not required any technical assistance to date. Unfortunately, I will comment on the Chrysler product that we just purchased (2014 Grand Cherokee Limited) a couple months back. There is no doubt that they've added numerous bells and whistles to their vehicles that probably enhance the overall capability & saftey of this car, but this "Limited" model has probably the most uncomfortable leather seats of any Jeep that we've owned (we had others from a dealership in Virginia before retiring to Ohio). The degree of comfort that we had in the leather seats in our 2003 Grand Cherokee Overland was several times more comfortable than the new, improved options that they offer today (in all of their Jeep models). Although the "quality" of leather that they're using now may be touted as being a higher grade or better overall quality, they still pale in comparison to the 2003 version. We do considerable long distance driving throughout the year and as you might expect, seating comfort is indeed important. These new seats provide none of that! I've tested all of the "leather" seat options that the Jeep line offers and none of them meet the standards that are necessary for long term driving comfort. We purchased this particular vehicle because it "seemed" to have a little better quality comfort than some of the others on the lot, but that "feeling" of comfort disappeared quickly. In conjunction with the "less than desirable" seating comfort, the quality of the shock support is also suspect, as you feel each and every bump along the highway, which only enhances the low quality of comfort in the leather seats. I will admit that we had "buyers remorse" immediately after purchasing this vehicle and driving it extensively during the first week or two. At this point, being from the "old school" - we will live with our decision (for the time being!).

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.

We hit a 8 point buck with our 2022 Kia Telluride S, and the insurance company totaled it. Searching the Webb for another 2022 Kia Telluride I found one at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, OH. We went their to look the car over and consider it for a replacement. When we arrived on the lot we were greeted by friendly people who listened to our situation and helped us to work it out. We didn't have our down payment ready that day but said we could bring it the next day. We did all the buying process went home and the next day took the down payment and brought the car home. The whole group of people there were friendly and let us take our time in making our decisions. I recommend Coughlin Kia of Lancaster.
