Bought a new 2025 Sorrento Prestige in March and love it! Second Sorrento but the Prestige is one nice vehicle! And Owen made the buying experience easy and painless! We have only had our 2025 Sorento Plug-In Hybrid for a little over 2 weeks, but we have taken it on a road trip and now have over 2000 miles on it. Not disappointed at all. Yes, if you cruise at 80mph on the freeway, you will not get 33mpg. But if you keep it at 70 to 74, you will be close. The gas engine by itself does not get 33mpg, but the hybrid puts about 2 miles worth of electricity into the battery for every 10 or 15 miles that you drive, so the mileage averages out pretty good. My wife commutes 28 miles round-trip to work, and can drive all week without the gas engine even coming on. The paddle shifters are awesome; in sport mode they change gears, in all other modes they act to increase braking regeneration and slow the car down without using the brake pedal. The SUV is quiet, smooth, and comfortable. It looks great and charges in 3:40h on my home Level 2 charger. Yeah, it is more expensive than I thought any Kia would ever be, but compared to the competition it is priced about right. NOTE; The closest competition is really the Toyota Highlander, or the Grand Highlander. The 3rd row seats and size of the Kia make the Hond CRV and the Toyota RAV4 look small in comparison.

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

2014 Sportage SX is an outstanding vehicle, has almost every a fully-loaded Audi does. I've had no issues over 68k miles, car is tight, has no squieks or rattles anywhere. The local Kia dealership has excellent people and great service.

Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

He worked diligently to make sure the car I picked was the right one for me. He took the time to show me all of the functions and even set up many of the basic choices. I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

The customer service was top notch no pressure excellent help very informational a wonderful product. The sales person Nancy didn't make you feel rushed stay late along with Rob and finance who will not rob you and Brian the manager all excellent and professional.

I thought I was going to get a lower price for my trade in. Lexus of Fredrick was the first Lexus dealership i have been to that did not low ball me on my trade in. My whole experience with Lexus of Fredrick, was outstanding from beginning to my purchase of a GX-550.. I have gotten three emails and a phone call from employees of this dealership inquiring about my satisfaction with my new vehicle, very impressive.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.
