Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

This was our second time at Generation Kia in Bohemia, our salesmen RayG> was excellent, thats why we came back to return the Sorrento lease and got a Sportage lease. Ray was very patient with us very helpful through the whole process couldnt ask for anyone better.

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

I purchased my 2022 Kia Sorrento Hybrid last week. Karol Sanchez was my sales person and I can't begin to tell you how incredibly nice she was. She was very informative about the car we purchased and answered all of our questions without being pushy. She never made us feel rushed even when we were asking questions about different cars on the lot. Karol was instrumental in us deciding to purchase that day. Lawrence in finance was very helpful as well. Will definitely be returning their for our next family care.

I've had this car since 2023, and I've put almost 35k miles on it thus far. I've maintained it by manual specifications and have had no issues with how the car performs. The only issue I've had that was semi-irritating was the Android Auto/Carplay would cut out on me but I finally got a dealership to replace a faulty USB port and have had zero issues since! I get great milage and have no complaints as of today.

What an amazing dealership!!!! We recently purchased a new 2025 Tulluride from this dealership and could not be happier with the overall experience. He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Once we settled on the perfect vehicle for us, we were given an honest and totally transparent out the door cost of the vehicle. Everything was itemized and provided to us upfront without guesswork. He explained to us the manufacture warranty on the vehicle and provided us with a few additional options that may be of benefit to us. When all was said and done, everything went great!!!! We got the perfect vehicle, at the price we agreed upon with no hidden fees and the exact monthly payment expected. If we could give Generation Kia a 100 star review we would gladly do so. If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.
