We found the perfect one at Lafontaine Kia and decided we'd go in for a test drive, sleep on it, and purchase online. Our visit did not go according to plan BUT we could not be happier. We went in and got set up with Frank and right away he made us feel comfortable and at home. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us and not just closing a deal. He got us in the car quickly but wasn't rushing us, even taking time to go over the features to make sure we knew what we needed to know. After a great test drive we got a quote and ultimately decided to make the purchase there and then! Frank got us a great rate and trade in value for our old car and was very patient, answering our questions and not making us feel pressured. We knew the vehicle was going to go fast so we jumped on it. The buying process went smoothly and we arranged to pick up the car the next day. When we arrived to pick it up the car was clean and ready to go. Frank helped us get everything set up and we were on the road. He has been following up to tie up any loose ends and to make sure we're satisfied. All in all, best car buying experience I've had and I will definitely consider buying from them again!

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. The entire experience was wonderful! I’ve never had such a great experience buying a car! I walked in and was NOT immediate accosted. The sales manager set me up with Frank, who was amazing!!! I went from a Tesla Model X to a Kia EV9. I really thought I was going to lose more features than i did. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle options and showed me features of interest right away. I could feel his genuine interest in helping me. The first day I went just to sit in one. I liked it a lot and wanted to return with my husband to drive something. Frank spent lots of time searching for an EV9 with the feature sets. It was very challenging because most remaining vehicles had matte finish, which I did not want. I was open to a 2024 or 2025, but the 2024s had deep discounts with the rebate that may not have been available on the 2025. Frank was very forthcoming and informative about my options, financially and with the vehicle. By the next day, he had one for us to test drive with all the features and one of the colors of interest. It was perfect and we signed on the spot.

After enjoying 3 Honda Accords, I finally switched to a Plug-In Hybrid Kia Optima EX Premium 2020. In the first month, I averaged 2,3 litres/100 km in fuel economy (60.7 mpg US). In fact, in my day-to-day commuting (20 km), I only use the EV mode. The 2 l. gas engine comes on idling as a generator only when the heater/AC or the defrosting is too demanding, or after about 40 km of pure EV driving, it takes up the power and then it's also silky-smooth with its 6-speed automatic transmission (gladly not a CVT!) and sips only 5,8 l/100 km. Otherwise, I REALLY enjoy the complete silence and the torquey accelerations of the electric motor on green lights. I plug it every night and I wake up to a fresh new battery every morning. I always have about 900 extra km autonomy on gas, but I mainly drive it in electric mode. The ride is extremely smooth and quiet. The interior is very roomy and comfortable. Chassis feels very solid and high-quality. Steering is precise. The equipment is complete, from the panoramic moonroof, heated leather steering wheel, heated and cooled leather seats with 10 electric adjustments, to all the programmable driving aids like intelligent Cruise-Control, Lane-Maintaining Assist, 360⁰ cameras, 2-zone AC, 10-speakers Harman-Kardon sound system, Apple CarPlay, automatic rain-detecting wipers, self-dimming headlights, LED lighting all around including new foglights, directional and self-levelling headlights etc. The addition of a big battery behind the backseat spreads the weight over the long wheelbase, so they beefed-up the rear suspension and the ride feels very well balanced and composed. It's not a sports car but, thanks to the newly-revised dampers and links, it rides like an expensive European sedan on any type of pavement. Really stable. The only faults are the size of the trunk (which will not allow many big suitcases like regular sedans do) and the non-foldable rear seat. Also, it will not start to heat up while plugged-in. Built in Hwaseong, South Korea, the Plug-In Hybrid Kia shows perfect fit and finish. I'm really impressed!

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

Got a great deal on a 2017 outback. Worked with Nick in sales, but everyone I met there was super nice and welcoming. Never felt pressured or like they were babysitting me. Tons of cars to choose from, and they also gave me a higher appraisal on my sunk cost trade in than two previous dealers. I bought this car in August 2018 with 29K miles, and traded it with 232,442 miles on it. If you want a reliable compact sedan, this is definitely it. With regular maintenance, this car kept going great until the past few months when it needed big repairs. It's very fuel efficient and handles well. It's not the quietest or rides the nicest, but for a compact car, it was just decent. The trunk could hold quite a bit of stuff if needed. There wasn't a lot space in the central console area to put stuff. It's easy to park even without a backup camera. I would definitely recommend this car as a inexpensive, reliable, and dependable car that can get the job done.

I am so delighted to tell my story!! I had been using another dealership since purchasing my first Kia 4 years ago. Unfortunately, I now feel they are not a very good dealership. My salesman left shortly after I bought, the service department has had multiple turnovers in personnel and my needs have not been met to my satisfaction. Repeat visits and other issues with scheduling have motivated my switch to Feldman. They are great! Friendly and helpful. I look forward to a good relationship with my new dealership.

I love my cute little Seltos! As a minivan mom of 19 years, it's been fun to switch it up. It has a sporty look yet is still practical enough to let my teenagers drive it. A couple things I wish the Seltos had that my basic minivan had (and probably available in other models): The driver side window doesn't roll up all the way without me holding onto the button the whole time. Definitely not a deal breaker, but I guess I used it in the van because I keep trying to do it in the Seltos. My biggest complaint is about SiriusXM. I know cars are starting to not even offer it, so I should be happy I still have it. My no frills, basic minivan's Sirius radio had it where you could select from three different screens. 1: The station name 2: The artist name 3: The song name. I loved being able to see a list of 6 artists per screen with 4 different screens and selecting the artist I wanted to listen to. It also let me save up to 40 of my favorite artists/songs, and whenever that artist or song played, it would let me know and I could switch stations to listen to. I used this often. The Seltos does not offer this. I can just see a list of stations playing. Of course I can see what artist and song are playing on the station I'm currently on, but it doesn't show me what's playing on the other stations. If anyone knows how to change this, let me know! I've spent quite a lot of time looking into this. This may be the end of my Sirius subscription because of this set up. Anyway, aside from the radio, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new ride and would recommend it to anyone!

My Seltos EX is a compact suv that is stylish and has all the features I need. Comfortable and gets good gas mileage for all wheel drive. Got mine for about $27,500 so it is a great value.
