Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

When using cruise control and limit how many car lengths between you and car in front of you, it does serious sudden slow down which could be dangwrous with someone right behind you. Otherwise great car, one of my best ever.

picked up a 2024 GT-Line this week, it drives like a dream. 10/10 would recommend! sporty, comfortable and sleek. was impressed by the trunk space and rear-seat(s) leg room.

My Car sells nice cars with a excellent price. If you found a car you want from them, just go buy it immediately. Otherwise, others will do it in a next minute. Junior is a easygoing guy. There’s no way you can find other dealer like this around DE area. I enjoyed the entire process with my purchase. Not sure why someone blame on the dealer when they could not purchase a car. Phone call agreement? What the xxxx is that. How about I told them I go purchase their car next year and give them 1 star if they sell it to others. You paid for mechanic to check out the car. That’s your problem. There’s nothing to do with the dealer. The dealer did not receive any money for that. ‘First Come First Serve’ that how you run a business. My Car doesn’t take deposit on any cars, which mean If you really want the car, please make sure you are waiting outside before the dealer opens. That’s how i did on most of my purchase. You and me both knew what’s in the car. Even The dealer markup that car $10k more, it’s still worth it. PS: I was there 3 days before you check out the car. Either way, you are not the first anyway.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

I’ve just written a Google review & wanted to share more thoughts here. I live in Baltimore City & have been searching for an SUV, stopping in Timonium first for a similar truck. While nice, I chose to head to Lancaster Co after talking with one Braxton salesperson. Upon my arrival another associate greeted with similar courtesy & kindness. Took the Telluride for a spin and was sold by the awesome price. Considered haggling but paused. I might have knocked off a few hundred but I knew the price was already at the point where I’d have been satisfied. I’d forgotten that there are so many legal docs to sig, but I was thrilled by the 2021 Telluride SX, the associate and the 2hr drive, knowing that I now have an SUV with tons of safety features as I am now older & value lane assist, 360° parking, emergency braking and other awesome features. I’ll reach out to them again if I need another vehicle in the coming years. If you’re in the market for a used vehicle, ask them to find one to your liking. I’m closing, I had never heard of Braxton & they have no knowledge that I’ve decided to review. They treated me like a relative that they’d invite to Thanksgiving. And I’m posting this 10 hours after closing on the deal. Still high flying with thankfulness that I purchased at Braxton.

I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

Style, comfort, safety and performance - great vehicle. Receive many compliments on the vehicle, but safety and performance are even more important. Great vehicle for the price.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Just picked up a 2022 KIA Forte GT Line for my wife. Car has outstanding pick up for a 147hp engine. I don't find any difference in performance in changing the various driving modes available though. The fuel economy isn't bad either. We're seeing an average of 34mpg and that is mostly highway driving. Rear leg room in the back seats is perfectly adequate for adults. We have a child's booster seat in the rear passenger side and I have plenty of leg room up front at my 5'11 height. Trunk is very spacious. I can fit two large and one smal suitcase inside it. Interior is pretty high end for a $26k car. Leather seats are well made. Layout of the dash is nice. My only complaint is something lacking on all cars made now. I miss my in-dash CD player. Sorry, I like my tunes and CD case. Overall I would recommend this car to anyone seeking something fun to drive that is both sporty and also economical at the same time. We've only had the car a couple of weeks and have gotten a number of passing positive compliments from strangers.

I love my kia forte. I got the top tier kia Forte with leather seats which heat and cool and also a sunroof. This car is very comfortable! It is a little on the pricey side for my top tier one, but in the long run it is worth it.

I have leased with Kia of Coatesville since we move to this area and I go there for all my service. They are polite, respectful and relatively quick. My lease was up and I came to re-lease. The process was much faster and less painful than I have experienced elsewhere. They also provided home delivery for me and electronic paperwork so I was not stuck at the dealership for hours.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!
