after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.

I love my optima but sunroof guide is broken little part is coming out and hitting my grandson head now I can use I put black tape because is not close right I go to the dealer and he said I need to fixed asap also associated from there love my car is so clean please I need help is my family car also I take my wife for doctors appointment she have stage 3 leaver

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

Recently I had an issue with my vehicle that was an intermittent problem. I worked with the service Rep, Brian, to deal with the issue. Instead of just saying there was nothing wrong with it after checking the vehicle in the service dept, he suggested leaving it with them so that they could run the car and then check the problem. This service was covered under my warranty so they were not just trying to get more money from me. I really appreciated his trying to resolve the problem I was having! The funny thing is I saw the new 2022 Kia soul and decided to turn my current Kia Soul in and purchase the new model from them.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Thanks to CarMax services Team I can now relax and drive my car. They were so helpful and I trust them will never ever ever go to any dealer for my car repair. Special thanks to Carolyn for being so nice and understandable.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

We bought a used Mustang from Gengras. Our salesperson was Jake Secondo. He said he was 21 but seemed older with his knowledge and help. i wish more salespersons were like he is. he had car smarts, respect, great listening skills and just an all around nice person! I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I bought a used pickup from dans auto, I can not be more satisfied about the experience! He was on time with the repairs and i was not dissapointed with the delivery. Promised what he would do and went above of what he promised! Hard to find places that have the old fashioned honesty!

I knew nothing about KIA until I bought one. I have a Kia 2023 Stinger and I love it. I traded my Alfa Romeo for it and I think it’s a better car and better looking. It will certainly be more reliable and cheaper to repair than the Alfa Romeo I had. The Alfa Romeo is a beautiful vehicle, but the Kia Stinger makes more sense long-term. Drive it in eco when you’re driving around town to run errands, but shift to speed when you’re on the highway or the interstate. it has amazing passing power when you stomp that accelerator and you pass another vehicle in seconds. Take one for a test drive I’m sure you’ll love it and this is the last year they are making them.
