The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. 2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now. Just about to hit 94k miles and it runs as quiet as the day I bought it. I have driven all over the country and Mexico. Never had any issues. I do oil changes every 7500 miles and I have never had any oil loss. I have had family members buy Kias because of how solid ours has been. My most recent trip was with 4 adults and 500 lbs of luggage through 5500 miles and averaged 27.8 mpg. I plan on keeping it for at least another 7 years!

I was disappointed when McGee moved from Dudley to Putnam Ct. but after my recent service at the Putnam location I am very happy to say that I was 100% satisfied with my service experience. Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

Always courteous, professional and informative. And they do not try to sell you unnecessary services/products. I feel I can trust them having used their services over 4 years.

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Generally made it very easy to buy the car. Anthony in sales, also finance manager and GM were great.

I purchased my GT turbo - automatic in 2021 as 2022 model and my only regret was that didn’t wait for the cooling seats package. Great looking vehicle with above average performance and great fuel efficiency. It’s one of the best affordable sports sedans in the market and one of the few where you can actually fit a 6’ adult in the backseat. I’m looking to add another with my desired package soon.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. Each time was a great experience. We dealt with multiple people and all are professional with a down to earth attitude. Just picked up a 2022 KIA Forte GT Line for my wife. Car has outstanding pick up for a 147hp engine. I don't find any difference in performance in changing the various driving modes available though. The fuel economy isn't bad either. We're seeing an average of 34mpg and that is mostly highway driving. Rear leg room in the back seats is perfectly adequate for adults. We have a child's booster seat in the rear passenger side and I have plenty of leg room up front at my 5'11 height. Trunk is very spacious. I can fit two large and one smal suitcase inside it. Interior is pretty high end for a $26k car. Leather seats are well made. Layout of the dash is nice. My only complaint is something lacking on all cars made now. I miss my in-dash CD player. Sorry, I like my tunes and CD case. Overall I would recommend this car to anyone seeking something fun to drive that is both sporty and also economical at the same time. We've only had the car a couple of weeks and have gotten a number of passing positive compliments from strangers.

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

Stopped by mid to late afternoon ! Me and my Husband are looking to downsize , I currently drive a 2017 Ford Expedition ! (love it still but don’t need size anymore kids all grown up) We parked walked over to the Toyota . Minute or less Mack walked up to us , offered us coffee and water ! Then said feel free to walk around , also offered to grab us keys or lets us do our thing until we need him ! Just honestly such a nice experience with him and the cleanliness of the store ! Asked him for the keys ! I test drove the Toyota Highlander ! Test drive went great ! Asked Mack about 50 Questions and answered them all explaining where needed ! My new store !!!! The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

My sales person, Daekwon was great from the moment we met him. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and he answered any questions or concerns I had. Marcy from finance was great as well. I’d certainly send family and friends to Tasca Kia in Johnston. The only thing I am disappointed about is that although they cleaned the vehicle and made sure the gas tank was full, the battery wasn’t charged. It was at 15%. Had I realized that and/or understood, I would have had them charge it.

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

My Forte is beautiful paid under 23000. and got a car with alot of options other dealers would have charged you for looks great and performs well, i have read other reveiws that slam the kia brand but they have come a long way
