I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.

This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I came because I had a problem with my radio and navigation after an update. They found the problem and I was soon on my way after they had checked everything and completed solving the problem. Great relief when driving now!!

It can be a little stressful purchasing a car online, so working with people who are responsive to your questions and concerns definitely helps to provide a comfort level. Tom Craig and Dustin Dykes were extremely helpful throughout the process, responding to my questions in a timely manner, usually within a couple hours. All in all, they provided excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them help me with future vehicle purchases.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

They hid nothing, treated me like an adult and trusted me. Great experience in a nice atmosphere. I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Stopped in looking for a car for my 16 year old. They allowed me drive without being pushy. I was even able to test drive the vehicle to my mechanic to have it inspected prior to purchasing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

We came all the way from the state of Florida to get a used car from here. It's been almost a year now and I'm still pleased with my purchase. I took one star off because my car was listed as having features that it ended up not having (for example, my car was listed as having memory seats however when we got up there to see the car it did not actually have memory seats). That wasn't necessarily a deal breaker for me, but if a listed feature is a deal breaker for you then be sure to double check before making your trip to the car lot, or before making your final purchase. Other than that, the car was a great deal. Low miles and a low price! Couldn't be happier.

My Kia Rio is the best car I have owned. It is affordable, reliable and while practical, fun. It's a great car. I'm so happy I chose this car.

Here's our story- i found the car i wanted online. year / engine / model / color / LOW miles. Very good price caught my eye. hmmm. a complimentary carfax report worth $40? Sure-click... looks good. it was a one owner car. 700 miles from home. one way airplane ride. i guess its possible. check / recheck nope no comparable local deal. hmm. Geez thats low miles... serious consideration. i find there is a cheap oneway flight every Tuesday and car is a mere 40 miles from airport. hmmm. i request some specific photos. Silver Star sales staff gets them to me. Photos look good. hmmm. i make an offer, they respond and we strike a very fair deal. we finance ourselves at home. Then, we fly! we arrive! we ride Lyft to Silver Stars facility. yay!. The car is a beauty! I am thrilled and also feel very very schmart! we burst into song! Rating? 5 stars no question. i would do the deal again. i would highly recommend Silver Star Motors in Tallmadge OH. Oganes is a good guy. Happy ending. BR

Bought my Forte GT Certified used, never knew until now Kia stepped up their game. I really like the car, with the exception I’ve had already quite a bit of warranty work performed, the original owner didn’t take care of. So far I’m getting any maintenance done that it’s lacked, cosmetically updating the badges, and adding performance improvements here and there. It does have get up and go, once past the little bit of turbo lag. I’m averaging around 22 mpg in the city and have gotten as much as 40mpg on the highway with the cruise control on. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with it and look forward to adding more performance improvements as I can to help it out.

I had a great experience with Silver Star dealership. From the moment Eric answered my online inquiry until I drove the car off the lot (3 days later) I couldn’t have been more pleased. Eric answered every question and was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We came from Pennsylvania so we brought our dogs along (to avoid leaving them home alone). They were as welcome as we were. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!
