Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! It's been 6 years since I bought my Forte 5 LX. There were times I drove it 400 + miles a week on crappy Northern California freeways for field work and the only thing replaced was the battery, tires and plugs. It currently has 120,000 miles. This one has a GDI engine but no sign of engine problems. It's the basic LX version and I'm soon putting 16" wheels on it since the 15" steel wheels have that rust look. Overall, this car has been very good to me and is great for a retired person.
