The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Received a call from Vernon about possibly trading my 2016 Soul that I love. Didn?t need a new one. Then Vernon did the math and I left with a 2018 turbo Soul with a rediculously low interest rate, extended warranty and Gap insurance for not much more than I was paying!!! Great deal, awesome car! Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

The best car-buying experience in 40 years of buying cars. Steph was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. But most importantly, the customer service he provided was stellar. He offered to have me take the car home for the night to be sure it would fit in my garage. When I returned the next day, my car was parked in the back of the lot so he drove me to my car. (At a different dealership it was raining and I had to walk to my car at the back of their lot—trucks blocked access to their closest parking. I was soaked by the time I got to my car. A real difference in customer service/experience). Add to all this, the no pressure sales approach. The manager Greg made several accommodations in the price of their car as well as the trade-in value of my car. He even added a piece of equipment I wanted. Bottom line, he went above and beyond to find an offer that enabled me to purchase the exact car I wanted for a price I could afford. I truly felt like family. The entire staff were fabulous. After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.

Team was fantastic and friendly. Very transparent. Quick service and constant communication. Car could have been cleaned a little bit more, but it was easy to miss what was.

Briefly: Comfortable with great seats. Superb design inside and out. Huge trunk with a wide opening, so I can fit my Cannondale road bicycle in easily (just removing the wheels),a huge plus for me: no rack needed, bike is out of sight. Reliable over 8+ years. Mileage around Boston traffic is @22mpg only. Automatic transmission is about flawless, and has plenty of power. It's noisy on acceleration if I'm asking for Zoom, but easily does the jump-ahead. Recently a passenger (one of 2) remarked at how zippy it felt. Easy to select a gear manually, which is terrific. I can select 2nd gear for my s-l-o-w-l-y getting it up on my ramps to do my oil changes. Also, in snow or slippery conditions, starting is a self-selected 2nd gear reduces slippage. Only negatives: I HATE that as soon as the car is put into Park, all doors automatically unlock and the dome light comes on. Very NOT safe in any environment. I have to instantly relock the doors from the driver armrest lock button. An exhaust emissions cannister needed replacement, but covered under my warranty! Battery has needed replacement twice. Original lasted 5 years. "Kia" replacement battery had poor lifespan, just over 3! Most of the indicator lamps (tail lights, brake, etc. are accessible and need to be because the bulbs don't last a long time. But, I have 108,000 miles, so that's lost of bulb "on" time. There is a difficult-to-reach front side marker bulb. A person with small, dexterous hands can get to it its fixture, which presents a wide 'tab' end to grasp and turn. There is NO NEED to pull the headlight unit, as one garage mechanic told me he'd have to do. It took a young tech at my dealer (Herb Chambers, Burlington MA) just minutes to replace the bulb. The car has been just a total pleasure to own and drive. Oh: the base radio has a CD player! The sound of the system is pretty crappy compared with my earlier Mazda sedan, but it works. Steering wheel up/down buttons control everything with ease. Tuner allows saving 12 stations under the 6 buttons.

My first time in the dealership was the day after I had been in an accident that totalled my old car. Drew Aaron was friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful. This was my first stop and I looked at a couple other cars before I came back, but I knew I was coming back to buy my car from Drew. After we signed the paperwork, we Drew Baker (another Drew, just to make things confusing) came over and showed us everything we needed to know about the infotainment system. That helped a lot as it does so much more than my old car! My only complaint would be that they have minimal parking on site, but that's the nature of their location and we didn't have too much trouble. A wonderful experience and an excellent car. I would highly recommend them.

My experience theft on tiktok and YouTube to break in them. Torn collar from swirling wheel collar. This car is nice and convenient why would that happen to this soul lx Kia.

Bought it based on father's review of his happy to say I'm glad I went with it great vehicle with great fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room as I'm very tall and came with great options.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I love my KIA Soul EV , this is my 3rd KIA vehicle and I kinda feel bad for saying this is my favorite. I have loved each of them. Each KIA vehicle has a personality of it's own, I Highly suggest to go test drive each or the type you are interested in, then decide what is your favorite, and go for it. You will not go wrong owning a KIA. KIA of Savannah is wonderful.

From the time that I showed interest to the time that I left the lot my questions were answered timely and my time was well spent. This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
