This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

This was my first experience at a dealership, but I did extensive research beforehand, and had an idea of what to expect. My sales consultant, Lukas Hale, was down-to-earth and personable - and I sincerely enjoyed working with him. In terms of finance, they did honor my OTD price, but sales were a bit high pressure and I would like more time to review the fine print before signing.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

I started in August with a visit. Met Rick Klinkhammer and discussed vehicles. Over the course of several months with visits and phone calls to Rick with concerns and questions I returned in November to purchase my vehicle. I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23
