Great communication with sales staff prior to my visit. I was greeted by staff when I arrived for my appointment. The salesman arranged a test drive and although the vehicle was nice, it just didn't have all the features I wanted. The staff really wanted my business and even dropped the price a great deal, but I wasn't ready to accept a car that didn't have what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership. They understood my reasons for not purchasing and followed up with emails afterwards.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I don’t know where to start! I was in the market for a new KIA Telluride. This would be my third KIA, with the first two Sorentos purchased in the state of Washington. I worked with a great salesperson in Washington, so I had the bar set pretty high when I walked into Finnin KIA. I was introduced to Keri Clemens, and I knew within moments that she was going to exceed the expectations I walked in with. Keri was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable and she made me feel like a valued customer right from the start. I knew that I have found my newest “great salesperson.” Keri made the entire purchase so amazingly simple. We talked through the cost, and she patiently answered every one of my questions. When I told Keri I wanted to sleep on the decision, she totally understood. I did not feel pressured at any point during this entire process. I test drove the Telluride on a Thursday night and my plan was to return on Friday after work. As usually happens, my schedule didn’t work out to get back to Finnin on Friday night. Keri was not scheduled to work on Saturday, but she met me at the dealership Saturday morning to help me finish the transaction and show me all the bells and whistles on my beautiful new ride! She gave up at least two hours of her day off to finish my purchase. I’ve told Keri, that she cannot retire until I am certain I won’t be purchasing another KIA! I will be a Keri Clemens/Finnin KIA customer until I am no longer able to drive! Thanks Keri! You’re amazing!

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Oil change and wheel alignment. Only had an alignment scheduled however I asked for an oil change at the dealership, and they accommodated me, Personable Service writer.

This is a very good car dont listen to all these other comments they just dont know how to drive this is a great car brand i recomend for any age group

Our salesman Harrison was always on top of everything, responded quickly, and the first dealer to be able to get us what we wanted. The dealership is 3.5 hours from our house, and they picked up our trade early, and delivered our new vehicle as well. Harrison made it such an easy process. Highly recommend!

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. This place has been sitting right under my nose for decades!!! Best kept secret in town. This is THE place 2 go for any type of vehicle...new or used. The process is painless...and downright fun and enjoyable. The people there...no matter what department they work in, R absolutely the finest around. Easy to approach, talk to, work with, ask questions of, get answers that U can actually understand!!! They're totally down to earth and exceptionally trustworthy. I had the very best experience there. My first time buying a brand new car. Tyler, Ritchie, Matthew...all just incredibly friendly, genuine and a blast to work with. I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!
