The passenger seat does not rise and sits too low. When riding as a passenger, I cannot see out over the front. I installed a 1"-1 1/12" riser and this only helped a little. Not a happy passenger!

Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!

Love the handling and comfort on the road. Mpg was true to the advertising. The windshield recall was done, with a comped rental. There does seem to be a lag on factory to dealer info relative to the fix on the HECE correction

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

Great experience! Bought a 2009 SUV in great condition. Manager worked with our credit union for financing and the process was absolutely seamless. Quick response time to my inquiry. I literally found the car online one afternoon and was driving it home that evening. FYI Dealership does have vehicle history report but they are unable to share/email them. You are only able to view them at the dealership. That was the only draw back. I recommend purchasing your own online. Besides that the experience and vehicle exceeded my expectations. Thanks Tedj!!

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

The service department needs help. You are using a third party for booking appointment and they are over booking. I had my oil changed, my appointment was at 1: pm and I got out after 3: pm. This delay was due to your third party (which needs to be fired). I was told I could write a complaint to corporate but you and I know that would be like talking to a fence post which means they don?t care

Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

My only issue is that the car i was interested in was sold well before I came to look at it and despite asking through the online chat feature for the availability I never received anything prior to my visit. This disconnect between actual inventory and that listed on Cars.com shouldn't have happened. Otherwise I am satisfied with the vehicle I did end up purchasing and the monthly cost is fair for a new vehicle.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

Anthony my advisor went WAY above and beyond to get the folks that sold me aftermarket warranties at another Acura dealer to honor my repairs. He saved me $1600 and coordinated repairs to the vehicle, a bad tire, scraped and damaged rims, and a windshield repair. We bough this car used in August from a Nissan dealer. There were some hidden problems that unfortunately the dealer did not disclose right away. Window regulator apparently are a problem with this car as well as engine burning oil prematurely. I performed a two-day cylinder soak and upgraded to a higher quality oil and the oil burning is no longer an issue. Apart from these problems, the car has been great for us. No other issues and the EX version is really loaded (it even has ventilated seats). Multimedia gets slow after being updated, be aware. But updates adds some features like, for example, lowering the fan speed when you get a call or ask to read a message. It is compatible with android auto and apple car play, not wireless but you can get one of those adapters.
