I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Rob Mac took such good care of our family in March. He is knowledgeable and very easy to deal with from start to finish. We were not planning on purchasing vehicles this year, however, our daughter's car had engine issues that didn't make sense to repair. We were referred to Rob Mac and he guided her through a decision process that we all felt very comfortable with. Looking at my vehicle's age and mileage, we decided that we needed to move on that as well, so we bought 2 vehicles from Rob in March. The staff were very friendly. The Waiting was clean and the snacks and variety of drinks were plentiful. The Service consultant Eldar Selimic had excellent Customer Service skills. He explained everything they did, gave me my receipt and informed me that he was going to being my car around. He brought my car around and he had the air conditioner on (It was extremely hot that day) and it felt good to get in a cool car. He was very thoughtful.

Start to finish we were there about 4 hours. No pressure, we got the car we wanted. We told our salesman the payment we needed to be at. He came back to the table a little higher and we told him it just wasn't in our budget. We worked out another solution, and we drove away paying exactly what we told him we were able to pay. All of the people were polite and friendly, the lot was clean, the building was nice and clean and we couldn't have had a better experience. Love our new ride.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

I highly recommend Neal Huffman Honda Clarksville and go see Darius. He was the first to greet us in the cold , very nice, and was very professional. He did not force us into anything we did not want and found us the car we wanted. Darius Duncan in the finance department was great as well, he was very professional and was funny. after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Had a wonderful experience with Dylan! I wanted a car that needed to be ordered. I visited NINE different KIA stores between Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana (2 of 9 being in Kentucky). The courtesy and knowledge Dylan provided ultimately made me choose purchasing from this Kia location & with him specifically. He is not your average “pushy” car salesman - very respectful and straight forward which I appreciated as a young female car purchaser. He was reasonable to work with as far as budget goes and ensured I got exactly what I wanted (car model/color/trim). He was also communicative throughout the entire ordering process (which can take quite a bit of time), and even went the extra mile to help suggest a safe hotel location/etc as I was traveling from out of state to purchase the car. On the day of purchase was VERY patient with me. Could not recommend enough!!

I love my 2018 Kia Sportage. I love it have a lane detector spot as well as traffic detector for safety other than that is a very nice car.

My 2017 has 38,000 miles on it and not one service call, other than normal maintenance. It's one of the quietest cars I've driven, including some newer and the ride is outstanding. The 2.4 engine deliver and amazing amount of power when you need it and highways speeds are quiet and comfortable. Admittedly, I'm a Kia fan boy, mostly due to this car. I would always recommend a Kia product

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

This is my second Niro! And I would’ve not gotten rid of the first one with if someone hadn’t plowed into me, when her ran a red light. Have had no major issues with the car the whole time I have owned it.
