I purchased my 2021 in the year 2020! My saleswoman, Christina, was AMAZING and kept me informed on the arrival of my car by calling, emailing or texting me. This is 2023 and she still contacts me! I appreciate that. I get all my car care service at the dealership also and EVERYONE is attentive to my car needs. I'm greeted before I even get out the car! Love it. Jerry P, Kyle and Greg normally take care of me [big shoutout of THANKS to them], but everyone that works in the car care area at the Lee's Summit Kia Cable Dahmer is amazing. I can't leave out the sweet woman who keeps the waiting area clean. She is so nice and ask how customers are as well. The sitting area is always stocked with great snacks/treats, water and coffee [no juice]. Everyone from the purchase of your car, greeted to get car service, waiting in sitting area, individuals who do your car care in the bay area, paying for your service and being walked to your cleaner washed car when time to leave are just AMAZING.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

I came in late on a Saturday. I pulled up 15 min before they were to close. The Service Advisor, Greg, stepped up, asked me what was needed and he was off and running. He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. He went above and beyond in respect, consideration and character by keeping his word and completing the vehicle when he said he would. I was very empressed (obviously). They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. They have vehicles available to borrow while yours is being repaired as well as service to drive you back home and pick you up if you don't want to borrow a vehicle. Its incredible! I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Each time i have taken my car in for service the technician has been good. My complaint is with the complimentary car wash they provide. Each time my car comes out with more scratches. I have complained but nothing was done. My suggestion is decline the car wash. The damage it does is not worth the complimentary service.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I had been told by others that I needed shocks and struts. The technicians found that that there was actually nothing with them. They did, however, find and correct many other issues. My car handles much better after the work that was done. I’m glad I didn’t waste money somewhere else on struts and shocks when that wasn’t the issue at all.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I took my Honda Civic here to sell. Mike gave me an honest price for it and I also had a fender repaired by them on my girlfriend's car. They did a good job for a fair price. I would recommend these guys if you are buying or selling a car. Friendly and honest.

I've owned this car for 11 years. It now has 135,000. The ONLY thing that ever went wrong was the ignition switch broke once and I couldn't start it. A locksmith fixed it. This car is so reliable! I change the oil every 5k miles, changed the timing belt a few times and changed the transmission fluid. Basic stuff! I don't think the front seat is that comfortable, so I use cushions with it. The paint job didn't hold up so well on the roof and the hood, but then nobody want to steal it! It doesn't have that much power to zip up the street unless you go heavy on the gas pedal (although I still consider it a zippy little car) but I get 31 MPG on average which is GREAT. Typically I can go about 311 miles per fill up, and I live in the mountains, so I couldn't be happier. It was the deciding factor when I bought it. In 2009 it was one of the highest MPG cars available on the market (aside from hybrids). When the gas light goes on, you've got about 30 miles to get some more gas. I've never run out of gas. It has power windows, a USB port which works for power and to play MP3's, and satellite radio. What more do you need?

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.
