There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I love my optima but sunroof guide is broken little part is coming out and hitting my grandson head now I can use I put black tape because is not close right I go to the dealer and he said I need to fixed asap also associated from there love my car is so clean please I need help is my family car also I take my wife for doctors appointment she have stage 3 leaver

Regular service, oil change, grease and tire rotation. The car needed a good wash and they did that too. All very timely and at reasonable cost. We bought this car used and have been getting it serviced here since buying it. Service has always been wonderful.

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

I had an appointment at 11:00 and I was immediately greeted by Alex with no wait time. He went over the vehicle with me and answered all my questions. The car was exactly what he said it was. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

We bough this car used in August from a Nissan dealer. There were some hidden problems that unfortunately the dealer did not disclose right away. Window regulator apparently are a problem with this car as well as engine burning oil prematurely. I performed a two-day cylinder soak and upgraded to a higher quality oil and the oil burning is no longer an issue. Apart from these problems, the car has been great for us. No other issues and the EX version is really loaded (it even has ventilated seats). Multimedia gets slow after being updated, be aware. But updates adds some features like, for example, lowering the fan speed when you get a call or ask to read a message. It is compatible with android auto and apple car play, not wireless but you can get one of those adapters.
