Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

I drove from PENACOOK concord line down to Ira Toyota in Manchester nh. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, he asked me if I preferred to work with a specific advisor. I replied yes Mike Rivera. After waiting for what seemed like a couple seconds Mr,!rivera approached me and greeted me with a smile and a good morning. He conducted his routine and let me know it will be an hour and half until My car was finished. I told him thank you and let him know I?m in no rush. He said I can wait up in the showroom so off I went very appreciatively. After getting weather update form my wife a snow storm would start in around an hour I let Mr. Rivera know. He then texted me and said he?ll do his best to have me home before storm. Approximately after waiting 15!minutes Mr. Rivera approached me and said he?ll have me on the road in 15!minutes. He held true to his word. I was all set. I paid my bill and headed home. But before leaving I told all desk associates to have a nice Christmas and they all replied you as well. The customer service I received was next level. The best experience I?ve ever had at Ira or any other dealership! The management at Ira in Manchester nh should be proud and elated that the associates are well prepared knowledgeable and best of all people friendly I plan to upgrade my Corolla next year and absolutely plan to do it with Ira where I bought my Corolla. I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I only use Ira Subaru for buying my cars and oil changes. Jack B is my sales person, go talk to him. I have been buying cars there since 2009 when it was under the original owner. Great people to work with.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.
