I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.

The Sedona is the best all around choice for giving you comfort in every ride at a very reasonable price. Many features found in more expensive SUVs.

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.

Car is awesome! Bought a barely driven 2018 model, and it is by far the best car ive ever had. Roomy, lots of advanced features to use, easy, smooth and exellent handling. Only thing I could wish in this one is a tiny bit quicker acceleration, theres a splitsecond pause before 1 and second gear, but its tiny details only and it is quick and feels powerful.. I personally love the look and think it stands out. It has a luxurious feeling to it, the handling is very responsive. Beautiful details both inside and out. Uses very little fuel and can go quite a distance on electricity alone. Its a thrill to drive it every morning, Love it

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

When I first got it it ran great but after running over a crub,it doesn't run the same way anymore.it overheats and check engine activates.

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

Purchased new 2025 Kia Telluride. Made appointment with Joseph Kelley a few days prior to and told him what I was interested in. The day I arrived, I was greeted by Joseph on time, no waiting. After a brief visit he had a Telluride all ready for us to test drive. Even though they didn’t have the color combination I wanted, they were able to find one at another dealer and brought it in. This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

I was replacing my 2022 Hyundai Tucson which was totaled in an accident. After research similar cars, I narrowed down to another Hyundai Tucson or a Kia Sportage. When I started pricing through phone calls and texts, I had the best response with Steven Coleman at Bob Moore Kia. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

We worked with Ty and Cord. Both of them were lovely, and we would recommend them to anyone. We bought a used vehicle, but our experience was vastly different with Ty, than with other used car salespeople. She is exceptional, and your dealership is made better because of her. I would make the 2.5 hour drive to Norman, just to buy from her again. She is not pushy or slimy like other salespeople we talked to. She has a wonderful way about her- she is kind, funny, cheerful and honest. She seems eager to help, but in a way that engenders trust, familiarity and friendship. All salespeople working on commission should be more like Ty. We were so lucky to get to work with her.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!!
