He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. I've been recommending him to my friends and anyone I hear that's looking for a car. Thank you Eraldo! First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I had a great experience at Kia. My salesperson Izaiah has been on top of everything and follows through with anything I asked. I needed some things done and they made sure I had a loaner for the day. Many dealers no longer have loaners. I bought the Telluride and I love it. Handles great and very plush inside.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

OMG Kiki is by far the best sales person I've ever worked with. She identified the pain points my wife and I were having with our previous vehicle. She showed how the Carnival would literally fix everyone. She reassured me through the whole process that I was making the right decision. The whole team worked so well. I honestly felt like I was back in my hometown of Cincinnati OH, buying a car not from a sales person, but rather a friend/family. The sales team, GM and all create such a relaxing, non-pressure environment. Never once did I feel like they were trying to screw me or push something on me. From start to finish the team was honest up front and genuine. I would 100% recommend people to Kia of Lincolnwood. Seriously Ask for KIKI!

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I called in the morning and requested to see a vehicle, they were very detailed on what car etc, to check to make sure they had the model, exterior color and interior color available. They did, so I scheduled to view the car that same day. I got there, the sales associate named Val was there to greet me holding a spot for the vehicle I arrived in. I was warmly greeted by him. I had my 17month old son with me and he gave him a balloon and offered if there was anything he could get to make us feel more comfortable. He had the car ready to test drive, during the test drive he was very thorough about the car, and showed me absolutely everything. I expressed I would like to trade in my old car and it was not a problem. We scheduled a time where he would come and pick up the vehicle from my house so I did not have to worry about dropping it off. After the paperwork was done he walked me around the building and introduced me to the service desk employees and showed me everything that I would need to go regarding getting car washes or just coming for a fix. When picking up my trade in vehicle it was super fast and easy. 10/10, Val and the team made the process very smooth, stress free, informative and positive. I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I can't say enough about Sherman Dodge and more importantly my sales person Armando Bulnes. I have purchased several vehicles from Sherman and I always trust Armando with my business - he's honest, beyond knowledgeable and honestly cares about what he's selling you. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

Salesperson Mark Gurgone was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The experience of buying a car is stressful, but I left feeling like I hadn’t gotten taken to the cleaners. I would work with him again.

Traded in my 2012 KIA Optima EXGDI for KIA K5 GT- Line. Was unhappy Optima was discontinued but very impressed with its replacement. Love my KIA. Reliable, excellent safety features and as always looks sharp.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing here again.

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

Took my car to Ziegler Maseratti in Schaumburg multiple times! They had my car for a total of two months! Same problem persisted even though I told them what to look at! Took it to Glenview ONCE ...they had it properly diagnosed the next day! Parts took forever but that's the european exotics experience lol. Gary in service is awesome to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Ziegler Masi and would HIGHLY recommend you use Glenview!

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

This car is amazingly fun to drive: it has a ton of power and torque, and handles like a sports car. I have the Wind AWD w/ Tech Package. The cabin is a good mix of touchscreen and physical knobs/buttons. The Meridian sound system provides fantastic audio. There is a lot of space with the rear seats folded flat.

I recommend Old Orchard Nissan, is the BEST place to service a Nissan! Gary is an incredible Manager, that leads a great team of Service Consultants that have wonderful Customer Service skills like Daniel and Mary. Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

Brought my car in for regular maintenance and Gary made the whole process really smooth. Everything was well organized, and once the service was done, he went over all the details with me. I was impressed with how easy it all was and would definitely recommend this place.

Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.
