I had a wonderful experience with “Kia Cam”. I appreciated that he took time to give me what I wanted. I understand sales. There was no pressure from this young man. I had many dealers contacting me in my quest for a Sorento but I felt I only wanted to give my business to Cameron or “KiaCam”. (As I like to call him). He was perfect. My purchase was intentional but impromptu because I was tired of my Benz. I do not regret the change. I’m super satisfied with my truck and my experience with Mr. Cameron.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Recently my daughter returned her HRV Sport lease from Honda Bridgewater. Once again Kesia Rodriquez was very helpful and worked around my daughter's budget. Kesia was patient and informative. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Service Department certainly provides Great Quality Customer Care !! Service Personnel are professional and knowledgeable of their task assigned .. Only thing I have problem with is : I have to travel from Staten Island, NY to Rahway New Jersey for service maintainance. Overall the Employees are Customer Friendly & pay attention to Customer needs ..

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

ill try and go in order. The comfort is great. When the car was new the seats were a bit hard, but as to be expected though. We have the EX trim so we got leather seats. The heating feature in the seats, pretty xxxx amazing. Seats in the back are great for the kids. comfortable and roomy. the ability to move all three seats individually in the second row makes things so much easier. We got an 8 seater and can make it a 7 seater, which we do most of the time, or remove two making a 5 etc. Leaves many options for the layout of the inside to your liking. The display for the radio, zero complaints. GPS works great. Moment you open it itll pull a list of local kia dealers based off your location just in case. Steering wheel feels great, I had a toyota for a few days and the Carnivals compared to toyotas is by far better. It is a 3.5DGI engine. Puts out amazing power. This is not your normal minivan you grew up with. it cruises along fine, and when you need to get moving, this thing moves with no hesitation at all Downside is i wish they offered a hybrid option. Hear its in the works. I use this for family and commuter to work which is about 100 miles a day 5 days a week. Have to fill up ever other day based off driving and traffic patterns. Value for the money? at MSRP pricing on an EX trim in a 2022 year, by far this is a steal!! Again test drove a sienna base base lowest trim and price was about 43K. did not have half the features our Carnival did and the Carnival MSRP price was about 36-37. we did pay a mark up of 1,500 but still nothing close to the Sienna when all was said and done. Best feature I like about this van is the rear camera that faces the back seats. I call it the DAD CAM. My kids can not get away with anything!. Styling? where i live there is not many of these around. I can maybe count all the ones in our area on two hands safely. We have ours in Black and we get so many compliments. Asked what it is and all. Many think its an SUV, facture in the look, our tints are 5% etc. Never can tell its a van unless you know what you're looking at. Reliability? I am going to say this as a very honest customer and driver. In 11 months i have put on 34,500 miles. I drive my cars pretty hard when I am by myself. Out of the 6 cars I have owned, this one is the only one that can stand my driving and always give me the power and reliability without me having to worry. Has given me zero issues. None. I have driven a Ford, Toyota and this is my first Kia. By far this out performs them all. One thing about kia is not only do they say they are reliable, they back it up with their warranty. No other car makes offer what they do unless you buy an extended warranty. Kias service team is also a pleasure. Always able to talk to a live person, can explain issues if any and they'll lead you on a path to have things resolved. If you are looking for a very safe, reliable, comfortable, unique, and family friendly vehicle and not break the bank doing so or wasting money on so many add ons or warranties, The Kia Carnival is for you. If hesitant, go look at one if you can find one. Test drive it. View it in person. Moment you do you'll be sold.

Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

My Carnival ex is a great Multipurpose vehicle, plenty of room for the family lots of room for cargo with the rear seats folded down We took it on vacation carried luggage, supplies, Porta grille, beach chairs blankets pillows etc and still had room for more power acceleration was all good and with all the bells snd whistle electronic safety features just a great family vehicle.

I came across this dealership, Automotive Avenues, by chance and I am so glad that I did! I was looking at different cars on their website, but it honestly looked like it was "too good to be true" price wise for the cars that they were offering. I started the process with Anthony, who is in the online sales. He was so responsive and right to the point. He was communicating with me even on a Sunday when the store was closed! I was still not convinced and I thought there had to be more to it. He was very clear about the "No haggle" policy, which I love, and told me specifically what fees they charge. I decided to drive from Harrisburg, PA (3.5 hour drive) based on all the information that I had. I was looking at FOUR different cars that they had. They were kind enough to offer to hold one of them for me. It is not what they normally do, but they gave me an exception till I got there, since I had a long drive. Once I got there, I was amazed by how busy the place was on a Monday afternoon and how many beautiful cars they actually had on their lots! I was greeted by Charlie Jackson, one of their 22 sales people. He introduced himself, asked me if I was working with anyone. I told him that I've only spoken to the online sales, but I had an appointment for 5:30. He took me inside to check in, asked me if I wanted water or coffee then took me to his desk where we sat and discussed each one of the 4 cars in details including their Carfax and any other information that the dealership had to share with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable! After that, he brought the cars to the front for me to look at and test drive (except for one because I was looking at all electric cars, and the battery was not charged in that one) so we walked to it just so I can see it in person. Once I saw all of them and test drove the 3 that I could, I decided on one ( which was so hard because I wanted to take the 4 of them home). The one that I bought was a 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. It was like brand new with just over 1100 miles on it! It was the car that I really wanted from the beginning and I ended up getting at the end. After that, we worked out the numbers on my trade, which I was NOT very excited about because it was about $1500 less than what I got from others! I agreed to it and they started to process the transaction. They stayed with me till about 9:30 pm, way after they were supposed to close, just to accommodate me so I would not have to drive again the next day. I must say that I change cars every 6-12 months because I love cars, and (other than the trade) I've NEVER felt as good purchasing as I did this time. Thank you very much and I will be back for my next one soon. You are doing things right and it is worth the long drive for sure.

I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Emergency Brakes won't hold the vehicle on a slope without Parking gear. Car rolls down on slight slope with brakes on. Needs a recall to replace Emergency brake cables.

Sales person was ultra friendly and personable. We were able to relate to each other on many aspects. The purchasing process was pleasant with no pressure. The sale went smooth and dealer was accommodating. I was given a great deal of time and was shown many in-stock vehicles.

This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

We recently went to DCH Honda and the service was great. Not only was Daniil very patient and understanding but also he made the process much easier simpler and faster. Overall it was good experience and I will definitely recommend to others.

Hello everyone, my name is Kristi and I would like to share my experience about the amazing and wonderful dealership Kia on the blvd is and the most down to earth cool xxx car salesman Mr Andy! I had been praying for a new car for my family and I either with a sunroof! On March 6 the Lord led Us to go to Kia on the Boulevard to start our in person search for the car of our dreams. Now PICTURE a Dreary Wednesday, raining hard as xxxx. Mr Andy came out in the rain to show us some Kia’s. He was so polite, kind and understanding. Even gave us an umbrella to not get soak while he had nothing but a hood on. He showed us a car that we liked , but due to having to get our children we could not stay to talk numbers. He was very understanding and even offered to come in the next day which was his on his day off to help us with a car. We made an appointment, but was not able to keep it! Agin he was understanding. I even went to another car dealership who was horrible and very unprofessional. I guess I had to see the worst to come back to the best! I called Mr Andy and explain what happened and he was no worries I got you , no one will treat you like I do! lol! Me and my husband came in today and walked out with a brand new Kia sportage with everything I asked for! Won’t Jesus do and Andy too! The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. I was really impressed. Thank you to Nick, Mike, Haley and the rest of the team.
