Great communication with sales staff prior to my visit. I was greeted by staff when I arrived for my appointment. The salesman arranged a test drive and although the vehicle was nice, it just didn't have all the features I wanted. The staff really wanted my business and even dropped the price a great deal, but I wasn't ready to accept a car that didn't have what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership. They understood my reasons for not purchasing and followed up with emails afterwards.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

I don’t know where to start! I was in the market for a new KIA Telluride. This would be my third KIA, with the first two Sorentos purchased in the state of Washington. I worked with a great salesperson in Washington, so I had the bar set pretty high when I walked into Finnin KIA. I was introduced to Keri Clemens, and I knew within moments that she was going to exceed the expectations I walked in with. Keri was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable and she made me feel like a valued customer right from the start. I knew that I have found my newest “great salesperson.” Keri made the entire purchase so amazingly simple. We talked through the cost, and she patiently answered every one of my questions. When I told Keri I wanted to sleep on the decision, she totally understood. I did not feel pressured at any point during this entire process. I test drove the Telluride on a Thursday night and my plan was to return on Friday after work. As usually happens, my schedule didn’t work out to get back to Finnin on Friday night. Keri was not scheduled to work on Saturday, but she met me at the dealership Saturday morning to help me finish the transaction and show me all the bells and whistles on my beautiful new ride! She gave up at least two hours of her day off to finish my purchase. I’ve told Keri, that she cannot retire until I am certain I won’t be purchasing another KIA! I will be a Keri Clemens/Finnin KIA customer until I am no longer able to drive! Thanks Keri! You’re amazing!

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

BEST place to buy a Subaru. Matt/Alex are exceptional. Very informed and knowledgeable. Taylor was very clear/concise explaining the pkgs that go with the car and the paperwork involved (by the way..nice shoes Taylor)Best experience we have ever had at any dealership. I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!
