First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I puchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo in spring of 2019 for work travel. It is my first SUV and I needed the leg room. I really enjoy this vehicle I purchased from Cody Motor Company. I have enjoyed my Kia Sportage. It gets good gas mileage on a trip. It is the sportiest car I have ever had. It is a good looking car. I love the wheel covers. I get compliments on the looks of it. I brought it from Alabama to Wyoming without a hitch.

I love my optima but sunroof guide is broken little part is coming out and hitting my grandson head now I can use I put black tape because is not close right I go to the dealer and he said I need to fixed asap also associated from there love my car is so clean please I need help is my family car also I take my wife for doctors appointment she have stage 3 leaver

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

I took our 2024 Outback in for the 12,000 mile oil change and service. Alexis Stafford was the Crown representative. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. I chose to wait and Alexis kept me informed of what was going on and approximately how much longer it was going to take. Surprisingly it did not take a long as I had expected. The waiting area is very nice with refreshments. Alexis even had the Outback washed for me. I would highly recommend Crown Subaru, and also Alexis Stafford.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

I need a 2003, 2005, 2010, 2008, or a 2023 with automatic. I would take a car note for $2000 but my Toyota has a clear paid off title. I am retired and do not want another car payment.

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

On the spur of the moment this past Saturday I decided to go look at vehicles, Daniel Flowers our salesman came out to greet us, he was very polite and helpful with what I was looking for , the payment I was looking for and the type of vehicle I was wanting. When I was finished and about to leave, my daughter who only two years prior had purchased a new Kona from Mountain View in Ringgold decided she also wanted to look at trading hers in. I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

The dealership called me when the original buyer didn't put down their down payment and wouldn't reply to the dealerships calls. Aaron handled everything professionally and we drove off the lot with the car the same day. We would do business with them again!

I bought a used car from them. When I was driving it home, something popped in the engine. Car started running bad. When got home I called them and they sent a wrecker to pick it up. Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.
