Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Since my credit was not so good, I made an appointment with their special Finance Manager named Ron. He picked me up from Bart on the vehicle he got me an approval on. It's not my dream car but a 2015 Nissan Altima drives like a dream to me. If you have a similar situation please stop by and ask for Ron Vidal. Car is a 2018 Stinger GT2. Beautiful exterior. People stop and tell me how sharp the Stinger looks. Great fun to drive. Decent gas mileage (21 mpg around town & 28 mpg on the road). Michelin tires started to have pieces break of at 21000 miles even though lots of tread left. Very expensive.

Every car in the lot was immaculate and top spec. Made it difficult to choose from. From the moment you walk in the door you don’t feel like you’re trying to be sold a car. Nima helps you find the car that best suits your need and style. I went in here looking for a BMW and left with a Mercedes that was 7k cheaper than I originally wanted to spend. Awesome price in my trade in also. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back next year.

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

Tran was the technician working on my car was he was excellent at communicating with me on the status of the parts for my car and staying in touch with me throughout the process. I just got my car back, so I really can?t say how the car is running. But I?m sure it will be fine.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

My appointment went so smooth and easy. Employees were fast and efficient. The wait time was extremely short. I truly enjoy coming to this dealership

Purchased the 2022 Kia Sorento Phev Prestige 3 weeks ago & couldn't be happier. This vehicle is a dream to drive. It handles with the ease & control of a luxury sedan, but with the added benefit of a roomy cabin that makes your trip, short or long a comfortable driving experience. We’re all looking to get more bang for our buck these days, and although the initial sticker price mark-up may present a bit of an initial shock, (what vehicle new or used, doesn’t do that these days) I enjoy the peace of mind that most of my daily trips throughout the week allow me to mission accomplish without using an ounce of petro; and yet, if the need arises, I have the added assurance that it’s available without a hiccup, by delivering the power we expect it to have. In my opinion, for those reasons & more, it has to be one of the best plug-in SUV’S on the road. The federal credit isn’t a bad deal either,

Overall experience is good. People were caring and helped to buy a car without any tension at all.

I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn’t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I’ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. We already had financing in place, the dealership did not push their own financing on us at all. Very pleased with them, will recommend Victory Honda to everyone. Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new KIA in the entire Bay Area, even if you live all the way in San Jose, it's worth the drive to Dublin!!  Be sure to ask for Naseem, Amir and Shah...these guys will surely take care of you!! Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I came to repair my old car and I met a nice guy in the waiting room and after talking for few minutes he showed me a new car and showed me with the same payment on my old car i can get into a new car, The rest was easy. thank you hamid

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

I love my Kia Optima, yes there's been a lot of recalls for Kia "but" they stand by there warranties. ("As long as you have followed warranty guidelines.")

The experience was easy and fast they were not pushy and not trying to sell a different car the sales man was friendly and very helpful and did what he could to make it easy and fast to get out of there

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Gary took the time to teach me all about my new car. I've never owned a new car before so the most modern thing I'd ever used is a CD player. Gary taught me about the navigation, setting up my Sirius radio, suspension settings in the car, back up camera, syncing my phone, everything!! Two days after I bought my car was daylight savings time and I didn't know how to change my clock. Charlie from service walked me through the process. I bought a Golf R and the manufacturer sent regular looking key fobs, so the service manager was nice enough to change out the plain chrome pieces for R chrome plates on my key fob. Then, Brian in the parts department did research for me on winter wheels and tires for playing in the snow all winter. People I didn't even know passed by me and congratulated and complimented me on my new car. These guys at Dublin Volkswagen are truly amazing!
