I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. He was very friendly knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond when I had a question about the towing capacity for my Kia. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

Going to any dealership - especially for service - can be overwhelming … I often feel I get mistaken for being a child and or portrayed as being naive and sometimes it is reflected in how I’m treated in service driven industries … Recently I took my brand new vehicle in for service and Chris was hands down, one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.

I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

Svc manager met me exactly on time. Waiting area was most comfortable I ever experienced and attendee very courteous and helpful. Vehicle promised in 1-1.5 hours and again, completed exactly as promised.

I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

Traded in my 2012 KIA Optima EXGDI for KIA K5 GT- Line. Was unhappy Optima was discontinued but very impressed with its replacement. Love my KIA. Reliable, excellent safety features and as always looks sharp.

No issues whatsoever. Just came back from a trip and got 41 mpg at an average of 75 mph. I would only suggest a better soundsystem for this model.

Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

I was treated with a respectful and caring attitude. They listened to my needs and answered all my questions with patience. Together we found rhe perfect car for my needs and I am delighted with my purchase.

I love my kia forte. I got the top tier kia Forte with leather seats which heat and cool and also a sunroof. This car is very comfortable! It is a little on the pricey side for my top tier one, but in the long run it is worth it.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!
