I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

I had such a great experience at Winchester Mitsubishi. Everyone there was down-to-earth and treated me like a person, not just a sale. We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

Brought my 2015 F150 in for inspection on a Friday afternoon. The wait was about an hour, but they warned me when I arrived. Excellent service, friendly and professional. Received a text explaining the inspection and price for service. Extremely happy.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Took my truck in recently for service and to while away the time decided to check out used vehicles. I wasn’t really serious and had rather low expectations about the outcome. Well, Kendra, Josh and Scott sure turned that around! I couldn’t be more delighted with the deal I received and was able to drive away in a new used truck the same day. But it was the personal attention and relaxed, friendly approach by Kendra that made it a great transaction. She and the management team even took care of some loose ends on my trade in that eased the process immeasurably. Sales experience not bad. We purchased the Car , one thing before leaving the Oil Change message was on but could not reset. They said Oil was changed but just needed reset, they couldn't reset it & just go down street to Jiffy Lube & they would reset. They couldn't reset it & said it was reading back door open but wasn't and it would need further attention. I got it home & took to local Ford Dealer. We also only had (1) Key to Car. This model needs to have car several hours to program chip into Computer. So they said also that Rear Door would also need a Switch, which would have to be ordered. And while it was in there they said the Water Pump was leaking. So at this point We are still waiting for the Parts to come in & Car is still in Garage.

Our Niro has been a great car, outstanding mileage and with regular service has been a good, reliable workhorse. Roomy rear seating, rear seat drops down for easy loading of luggage, small bike, pet carrier.

On Sat, July 5 we purchased a 2020 F150 with the assistance of Dylan Griebel. The truck was being processed into the dealership and was not ready for delivery. Dylan kept us informed of the truck's repairs and status. He professionally assisted in making changes to one of the warranties and facilitated a smooth delivery. Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, we would enjoy working with Dylan again.

Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!

This is my second Niro! And I would’ve not gotten rid of the first one with if someone hadn’t plowed into me, when her ran a red light. Have had no major issues with the car the whole time I have owned it.

I have had my car for 8 years now. It has 104,000 miles on it and (knock on wood) I have not had any problems with it! I do drive a lot of highway miles and not as many in town!

I live some distance from the dealership, and they picked up my car and brought it back after service. They did the work I asked for - without upselling - and got it done in a timely way. The pre-repair inspection of common areas of concern like battery posts and tire tread was videoed, and provided before the service rep call to get my agreement to proposed work. All the staff I encountered in person or on the phone were polite and capable. I have been driving cars since 1955, and this was the easiest, least stressful, service experience I have had.

I bought the 2021 Niro Touring SE in Solar Orange about a month ago. So far I am absolutely LOVING it. I have already driven on 4 mini-road trips (2-3 hours highway each way) and average ~42 MPG. I am averaging closer to 48mpg in the city. It is so comfortable, has tons of safety features, just enough storage space and very roomy for passengers. I personally love the bright orange paint color, it stands out and the black leather interior has matching orange accents for a sporty and fun look. I just smile every time I get in it. It may not be the fastest car on the road, but in "sport mode" it really gets up to speed quickly and I don't feel unsafe competing for space on the highway or boosting my speed quickly to out of a bad situation. I love this car so much so far, feel I got a great deal compared to cars of similar age/mileage, and am absolutely loving the 40+ mpg with all the driving I do. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a Niro :-)

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

This car now has almost 170k miles.other than normal wear and tear and some recalls the car has been excellent. The real subject here is KIA . They have been a real stand up company. In my opinion KIA has had my back. KIA will be my next purchase

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.
