since 1970 I have dealt with Toyota. For many years salesmen has been Dale Fortner. He and Steve Meyer, sales manager, spent time this Thursday on buying back our 2015 Avalon with 19k mileage, as my wife stopped driving. These two men present an attitude of what can we do for you to have you know we treat you like more than a satisfied customer?I wondered how they could give me such a fair deal!!! It was2k more than Carmax, and I was pleased with their quote. They are the ONLY PLACE TO GO TO WITHIN 50 miles!!!

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Technician was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to have my Navigation system working which they were unable to do after a 3hr wait during my previous visit. I loved receiving the video of the inspection because that made me more knowledgeable of the cars inner working. I would love to have the same customer service person again. Ann

I bought this car in August 2018 with 29K miles, and traded it with 232,442 miles on it. If you want a reliable compact sedan, this is definitely it. With regular maintenance, this car kept going great until the past few months when it needed big repairs. It's very fuel efficient and handles well. It's not the quietest or rides the nicest, but for a compact car, it was just decent. The trunk could hold quite a bit of stuff if needed. There wasn't a lot space in the central console area to put stuff. It's easy to park even without a backup camera. I would definitely recommend this car as a inexpensive, reliable, and dependable car that can get the job done.

MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

I learned a lot about features that were confusing to me and discovered additional features I wasn't aware I had! I continue to be impressed with this dealership and the pros who work there as a team. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

Like I said this is the 2nd time I'm using this dealer. And the reason is they made the buying process as easy as buying a new sofa. Lol really the people there are nice. The facilities are clean. They are experience in good customer service. They understand what it means to get it right the first time

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!
