Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Great comfort. Not easy to use interior controls. Too complicated to figure out how things work. User guide not user friendly. Lots of room. Very good safety equipment.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Although I had some issues with the closing a call to the manager and it was resolved within the hour. The salesman was great!

Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!
