There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

After having signed up for alerts for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler over a year ago . I was alerted that this dealership had taken one in on trade. I actually was able to speak to the dealership owner on the phone and purchased it without even looking at it. It was exactly what I had been waiting for plus it was only 30 minutes away. I found the sales people actually loved their jobs and it was like dealing with friends. Truly not what I would have ever expected. It proved to be a fun experience .

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Everybody was very professional and courteous. An assistant approached me to ask how she could help as soon as I entered the service lobby. I was checked in quickly and was td it would take ex number of minutes and it was completed before the planned time of 2 hours.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

Great service, but worried that my Subaru will stand the test of time. So many issues already.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

We went in with very tight criteria for an affordable reliable car and we were not disappointed. I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

The Little RED GTI, Andy replaced the valves after the timing belt broke creating the damage. Since Andy only provides quality replacement parts he thought this was just another service job. The valve from VW were defective and the replacement valve broke cause the engine to be scrapped. Andy replaced the engine and completed all other service work at the original agreed price, no question asked. Andy went out of his way to make the unplanned problem as painless as possible. I have no problem telling anyone that Andy's operation is the most honest with the highest Integrity I have ever seen in the auto repair or any business. Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Started our adventure on Thursday july 25th over at gates toyota on Ireland rd for their tent sale. as my son was looking to buy his 1st vehicle. Encountered a young man by the name Of Jeremy Hicks. and when all was said and done my son drove a 2007 Dodge Dakota 4x4 off the lot Saturday the 27th. First, anybody who automatically passes on considering a Kia (or its sister company Hyundai) when shopping for a new or "newer" used car is making a mistake. Both of these manufacturers create some of the best cars available in a number of different categories. They have become what Toyota and its sister Lexus were 30 years ago, only better. Those brands never offered a 10/100 drivetrain or a 5/60 bumper to bumper warranty with the 5/60 being fully transferrable to a second owner. Bottom line, we own a 2019 Kia Cadenza (fully competitive with a Lexus ES350) with 9,000 miles and the remainder warranty lasting 4 years and 51,000 miles and a drive away price after a minimal trade and much negotiation of $21,600. The CarFax was clean down to the service history. The supply of these is dwindling and/or going up in price because people have read the reviews and articles and choosing these instead of a Toyota Avalon, Chevy Impala, Buick LaCrosse or even an older Lexus ES.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

The service that I asked for and received was good as I expected. The waiting room was clean and well equipped.

Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

164,000 miles no issues. Car services me well. The oil usage is slight. I would get another, but KIA doesn't make them anymore. My commute is about 1 hr one way.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

So I got 2012 Kia Forte EX, 2.0L, for an amazing price! How much and why, you ask? High mileage and cracked windshield, and wasn't cleaned up by the dealership yet. I just happened to see it right after the dealership took it. The window doesn't affect my sight. The high miles are because it was used for a work car. Where I live you travel an hour 1 way for most people. Didn't care about the miles. It was taken care of properly and I have been to. The only thing that drives me crazy if the timing click.i looked up how to fix it. It's a free fix. I've had to learn how to work on my own car since I don't have my husband here. Y'all I'm a 44 year old woman with DISABILITIES! I can work on this car without being totally confused and lost. I've learned to do my own brakes, which takes me longer to get the dang tire off than replacing the brackets and brake pads. I've learned to do a few other things too. I'm learning how to change my alternator this weekend. With a mechanic by my side telling me what to do every step of the way. I now have 250k miles on Batman, my kid's named the car, and I know he'll run another 250k as long as I keep up.on regular maintenance. You know oil changes, tune ups, and getting to know your car's every feel and sound. knowing if my car sounds funny or not acting right is important to me since I'm not able to run out and buy a new car or afford a shop to take it too. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Kia Forte EX. I can truly and honestly say the ONLY thing I hate on Batman is that he has a sealed system, meaning you can't check nor add transmission fluid. You can but you gotta be smart enough and brave enough to figure it out. It's possible for a non-mechanic to do this but I highly do not recommend you try it of you don't know what your doing. Overall this has been an amazing car and I'm never getting rid of it. It's amazing on gas, 28 miles per gallon still, in town! I'm moving 1500 miles away in another 5 weeks and I'm excited to see what kind of mileage I'll get. I recommend this car for someone getting their 1st car, or wants 1 to travel for work, a small family car, or just plain wants a cute car. I've always been a big Dodge and Ford fan, Kia's are now on my list of favorite vehicles. I'll definitely be crying when I give this car to my son in 2 more years when he starts driving.

Drove a 2008 corvette, and found it needed a new part for the cruise control. Very professional, however slow in getting part in and functioning properly. Would recommend Dominion any time.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I just want to say my truck had a recall on the passenger side airbag I called the valley they put me off for 3 weeks I call Louie Dominion in Bridgman they got me in right away and I appreciate it thank you Louie and Chevrolet and GMC
