We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

I experienced friendly service and good follow from at this dealer. Even though I have not purchased the vehicle yet... I will be back soon.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

Hue was fantastic, very responsive and took the time to answer all questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

Quick and courteous service. They even had the car driven from Madison to Neenah. Sam is an excellent car salesperson! She listened and was kind and understanding.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Purchased a new car late Friday night, drove home 1 hour and the check engine light came on, called on Saturday, and let him know, (got the code from auto store) he scheduled a time we could bring it in, fixed it with no charge and made sure I was still happy with my purchase.

Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

This car has lasted me over 10 years and it was a beautiful piece of metal. Over 240,000 miles and she was a sexy gal. She would be pushing over 115 on the highway with that V6 engine. God I miss her.

Emergency Brakes won't hold the vehicle on a slope without Parking gear. Car rolls down on slight slope with brakes on. Needs a recall to replace Emergency brake cables.

220,000 miles and still is running strong. Holds up with 3 young boys what can I ask for? Bought used price was good why not? I'll drive it till the wheels fall off. The durability of the inside is impressive I'd even buy a new engine or transmission if need be. Very satisfied customer.
