Perfect Size
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

We were very pleased with the service we received at Barnes Crossing Kia. We had bought a 2024 Kia Telluride from Chris Gaines - Landers Kia in Little Rock on November 1, 2024. Unbeknowing to us and without any indication of this from Mr. Gaines at Landers, this car had major dangerous problems (Collision Avoidance System activating unprovoked) that were known to Kia Engineering. This nearly caused me a major accident. We took the car to Barnes Crossing (our local dealer) to have the issue assessed and repaired. We were honestly advised by the service staff ( Ms Lizzy) that the issues we were known (for 8 months - we'd had the car for 3 months) without a solution to resolve this problem and with no recall issued by Kia. As the result of this issue, we were forced into a new car as we couldn't wait for Kia to figure out the problem to resolve this issue. Our salesman, Chico Ortega was most accomodating in updating our car offering a very fair trade value for our 24, updating to a newer 25 model with the options that we wanted. He added VIP vehicle service to our deal to make sure that we were fully satisfied with our car. It definitely wasnt an optimal situation but Chico was most helpful in finding a workable solution to our problems. We learned two valuable lessons. One, never buy another vehicle from Landers Kia - Chris Gaines in Little Rock AR. Secondly, when making a purchase of this nature, it best to deal locally and with people who know their products.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.
