If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

We purchased a 2010 mini van from Warehouse Auto. First time buying from them based on a referral. They have a changing table and diapers in the restroom which really impressed me along w/ a play area for the kiddos in the office area. No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy! No pressure.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Purchased the 2022 Kia Sorento Phev Prestige 3 weeks ago & couldn't be happier. This vehicle is a dream to drive. It handles with the ease & control of a luxury sedan, but with the added benefit of a roomy cabin that makes your trip, short or long a comfortable driving experience. We’re all looking to get more bang for our buck these days, and although the initial sticker price mark-up may present a bit of an initial shock, (what vehicle new or used, doesn’t do that these days) I enjoy the peace of mind that most of my daily trips throughout the week allow me to mission accomplish without using an ounce of petro; and yet, if the need arises, I have the added assurance that it’s available without a hiccup, by delivering the power we expect it to have. In my opinion, for those reasons & more, it has to be one of the best plug-in SUV’S on the road. The federal credit isn’t a bad deal either,

I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

When I dealt with McGrath the first time it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. This time I was reluctant to come back. I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

Had an oil change on 2 vehicles. Service was prompt and everything was explained on what needed to be done and what work was performed. I had a polite Tia looking oil leak that was investigated and was determined not to be an issue.

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Trouble with oil pan leaking.Apparently a number of persons have had the same problem.Lots of oil pans in stock locally,no problem to find one.Seems as though this is a known problem.But the problem is blamed on the local garages.Dealer says the local garages tightens the plug too much.Anyone else out there with same problem?

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

Jeremiah was great to work with, we had test drove a car at a different dealer the day prior who just gave us the keys and said see you when you get back. Jeremiah spent time inside the vehicle explaining all the bells and whistles and basic operations, he also went with us on the test drive, a very pleasant experience. The gentleman who went through all of the financing options and the 'sign here' also was informative and kind. All in all a very good experience.

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with.

If they vehicle was expensive to work on, they would tell us. If the vehicle got bad gas mileage, they would tell us. If there was anything wrong the vehicle, they would tell us. Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.
