All of the safety systems make me feel amazing! I use a car cover on it when it's not being driven and I use the steering wheel club on the wheel when the car's not being driven. My koup EX was bought new in 2014 and I have since racked up 245k miles on it. Only problems was I had to replace the AC compressor around 150k and water pump at 180k and an alternator somewhere between them. But ... I have driven the poor thing like a race car every day all the time. Its still running strong ! When it dies I will look for another koup with lower miles and maybe a different color, but these cars have earned my respect!

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I originally bought my Optima for Ubering. It did it's job well and has great MPG. For being a base model, it's fairly equipped with a touch screen and bluetooth connection. The engine was reliable and and well-equipped for what I needed it for. Nothing besides regular maintenance was ever required.

On Monday, I returned as planned, and the service department set up everything seamlessly — including a temporary loaner while my vehicle received final prep and detailing under the Wyler Assurance Plan. OK, for starters this has to be world’s most misleading and diminutive review ever printed because it is simply about test driving the specified car right out of and back to the selling dealership in Rochester, Minnesota, USA. Yeah, that’s right my friends and foes, I test drove this car a few hours ago with my wife on the passenger seat up and down US Highway 52 North, inner-city driving, and all the while fooling around with buttons and controls I practically knew nothing about. That was a rush, especially when several State Patrol officers were carefully watching my somewhat erratic “maneuvers” but thankfully they let us go unimpeded. So, what about this car’s appearance, performance, comfort, price / quality ratio and the like? Who cares, right! Let me simply state that during both occasions (interspersed an hour while testing a second and a third vehicle (02 Forte FE / LX models) everything was nearly perfect except when I was fast reducing speed to exit the road but suddenly accelerated to match traffic and I felt a bump from the engine as if it did not know exactly what to do, either coast some more or speed up. This happened very fast; I then tried to replicate the same conditions somewhat to maybe better diagnose the problem but it never reoccurred. Simply put the car’s overall feel is outstanding, with abundant and notable (i.e. very useful) equipment and features galore. I am the world’s greatest copycat artist, designer, and undeclared-non-long-bearded-revolutionary-of-sorts so this particular car fits my wits beyond perfect and with unreal finesse. You want to know what else could be considered a quirk, a nuisance, and / or an undesirable trait within this ride? Well, keep asking, see if that brain finally stretches somewhat; but truthfully I have no answers for any of you. I believe there aren’t any to that idyllic question. Getting the car on the real road world in a couple days after arranging finance; my wife (who inspiringly made the decision to buy it) is also going to enjoy this little, friendly beast. They routinely say the world is filling with idiots fast; luckily, my pitiful understanding of society’s moronic situation and perceived woes should also help in this murky area: And why not, the more idiots out there, the greater chances to step up in this barren world of ours and beyond… It’s a dichotomy worth living ad infinitum, if we may.

I bought this car new, and it has, and still is a great car. The fuel economy is awesome, getting 35 to 37 MPG on the highway, and the only costs have been normal costs, which include general maintenance items such as oil changes, freon, tires, and batteries. The only minor issue is that the passenger seat sets low, and the height is not adjustable.

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

I've had this car for five years and only had to replace starter. However I now have engine issues it stalled on me driving on highway luckily I cruised down off ramp and had to use all muscle for power steering and brakes that went out to a parking lot on access road.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I just bought a 2015 Sorento SX v6 after I was t-boned in my 2013 Sorento LX v6. I loved my 2013. It was my first black SUV which I’ve wanted since I was a kid. My children and I walked away from our accident relatively unharmed after all side airbags deployed and my car was clearly totaled. When shopping for a replacement, it wasn’t a question of what vehicle I wanted to buy after the accident. I trust the Sorento to keep my family safe and I’ll never buy another brand of SUV. It may not be flashy or overly powerful, but it is solid and one of the safest SUVs on the road. I’d recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone.

I have bought 3 cars from digital auto over the years. Most recently in September 2023. We bought a 2010 hyundai sonata. It has been a great,solid car. Also bought a Honda accord a few years back, and it hasn't had a single problem in 3 years. We did have some proplem( transmission failure) with an Altima we bought there a few months later, but found out that is just common with that year make and model. So i dont blame Digital auto for that. Amy was great, friendly, low pressure. I did my research and knew the car had great ratings. I have seen many bad reviews on here lately. I do agree that the attention to detail on the quality of the cars has slipped a little since they have been expanding these last couple of years. But overall I think they sell used cars at a great price. Customers need to do their research about what they are buying. Thanks

This car now has almost 170k miles.other than normal wear and tear and some recalls the car has been excellent. The real subject here is KIA . They have been a real stand up company. In my opinion KIA has had my back. KIA will be my next purchase
