Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

Bought it based on father's review of his happy to say I'm glad I went with it great vehicle with great fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room as I'm very tall and came with great options.

Although we did not yet buy from CarMax, we were very impressed with both their helpfulness and and their low-pressure. The salesman seemed more interested in getting us into the right vehicle than he did in making a sale, which was impressive.

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.

Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!

The deal was outstanding for this car and I am still finding more features with every drive. I have always purchased base model cars not realizing what I was missing.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I love this car. I purchase 2019 kia soul last month and have been happy with my decision. there is a lot of cargo space and I like the window tint. It drives smoothly and the back up camera is great. Kia is a relaible car company and i have not had any diriving issues. I purchase used with 90k miles. i use full synthetic oil.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!

Just bought a car from them and coming from someone who's been to multiple car dealers from third party ones to actual car company ones, this place so far has been the best dealer with customer service out of all of them! Walked right in and the sales consultant Jay Walker helped me right away; he wasn't judgemental, he was fair and friendly with a great attitude and upfront not like the 75% of salesmen who work off commission, he actually cared that I was wanting to buy a car that very day and that I had needs. He even serviced me and multiple other people at once and kept the same attitude through each customer and me, treated us all equal and fairly. No fees were charged either, besides tax which was cool the price was more realistic to what the website said, unlike car companies with huge markups nowadays. Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Bart & Ernie went above and beyond to assure me that the under body was essentially rust free. Bart sent me 6 photos of the under side. Bart even offered 3 different options to get the vehicle to me including picking me up at the airport for free to drive the impala back to northern Maine. I highly recommend that you talk to these guys before buying your next quality pre-owned vehicle. They take the worry out of long distance car buying!

I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

The inside of the car has a lot of head space. The back seat and trunk space are fairly roomy. Overall, rides nice and it reliable.
