He fixed and replaced anything that the car needed without being asked. The vehicle was in mint condition inside and out. He even noticed a crack in the windshield that was not apparent and had it replaced. New tires, brakes, oil change... you name it he had it done! Very reliable car. Drives good, corners in back a little blinding to see cars or persons behind you or on sides. Also persons trying to break in car get the device from a kia service.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

Mansour was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and walked us through the entire process. And he has also been very responsive on follow up questions and issues.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

The whole team was pure joy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and were more than willing to go the extra mile to answer all my questions.

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

We bought a 2020 Kia Soul GT. We loved it. I caution you to NOT buy into all the add-on warranties. You will never get your money out. We got snookered in and it raised our pmt by several $$. We loved the car so much that we bought a second Soul. We sold the 2020 and kept the 2022. It gets between 35 and 41 mpg. Dealer does all the work.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. Our 3rd Soul and this one is a keeper. (npi) Way better power range with the 2.0 4 cyl. Decent gas mileage with mid range driving and a big ,and or, heavy foot. Nimble but stable agility when turning or passing. Great factory quality control as well.

I bought my 2007 Rondo in 2017 for $5888 with 30,000 miles. I love the room in the 2nd row and I can carry furniture with the 2nd row seats down. It passed inspection after $600,00 for new sensors. The only problem I had was the lights kept flashing when someone walked by when I bought it. The Kia dealer knew the fix. The pin under the hood was bent. I haven't had any issues since. I just sold my Rondo at auction for $4,500. Fantastic car, easy to drive and not a cockpit experience like new cars are today.
