I have come to this dealership in the past and the energy was not very welcoming. Now there is a major difference. Austin was so welcoming and kind. He was extremely informative. I loved his energy. It was so nice that I was greeted by the service manager. Her presence was very appreciated. She was sitting and talking with customers and even read to some kids in the kid corner. BIG difference. Great service and team!

I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Contacted me about a vehicle I was looking at, I went in she greeted me and my family, we talked I told her what Honda of Lake City did and tried to get away with and she listened. I was terrified to sign anything after my experience with Honda. She let me take my time reading, did not rush me or push me into anything, she argued the price that I wanted and even with the issue with that other dealership I was able to get approval to be financed! Great car for trips around the city. A blast to drive. Good range. Maneuvers really well in tight spaces. I’m 6’ 2” and there’s plenty of room in front and back seats. Easy to charge. Inexpensive to maintain. However, the bench seats are extremely uncomfortable. Back up beep is way too loud and annoying. Not worth the price unless there are substantial state and federal incentives.

I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

My wife picked up the top of the line version used a year after it was released for under 40K. We have a level 2 charging system in place at home as we anticipated getting one EV. We immediately did a road trip from Denver, Colorado to upper state New York. I knew enough about EVs to know we'd be taking our time and learning as we went. We had some close calls as new EV owners, but always made it to our next level 3 charging station. We made it through some flooding roads in Chicago and our return trip was even faster as we'd learned much from the drive out. I loved the car so much I found the exact make and model (different color) and bought it six months later for under 30K. I wouldn't recommend anyone else road trip unless you've got time to stop frequently, but I use this daily to and from work as well as local excursions. I've had many vehicles over the last 30+ years and this is the nicest, most intuitive & fast (never leaving Eco Mode). I think the reason many are currently hitting the market and substantially lower prices than that initial $48K is most likely a leasing situation, so take advantage of the prices dropping on these very rewarding EVs.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

Buying a car is never a fun process. The negotiations, the process that could take hours. But I have to say my experience without Audi Gainesville was nothing like that. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

In and out within about an hour or so. Quick approval process and getting things set up, and of course having a car in mind speeds things along. Worked with me to get my monthly payments where I wanted and they were able to finance through my own bank at a great rate. Answered all my questions about the car and the loan, and took my old clunker off my hands.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

Best used car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought five cars over the years and this was the first time I didn’t feel like I needed a shower afterwards. No pressure, very professional staff. Sold me the car I wanted at a fair price with no upselling. They even had a mobile locksmith come to my house to make a second key for the car when I asked. I had already paid for the car and was out the door, they didn’t have too. I’ll buy my next one from them.

I have a GT model, the fast one ;). I have had for 6 months and 7k miles now. It does not get old to put it in GT mode (full 576hp) and step on it. Ultra fast car and a complete sleeper. I got a screaming deal on it, paid 2/3 of the MSRP price. Love the no maintenance aspect of it (minimal stuff required). Great interior at this price point, not a BMW/Audi interior, but excellent for the segment it competes in. Very happy and highly recommended!

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

My 2017 has 38,000 miles on it and not one service call, other than normal maintenance. It's one of the quietest cars I've driven, including some newer and the ride is outstanding. The 2.4 engine deliver and amazing amount of power when you need it and highways speeds are quiet and comfortable. Admittedly, I'm a Kia fan boy, mostly due to this car. I would always recommend a Kia product

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Bought my Forte GT Certified used, never knew until now Kia stepped up their game. I really like the car, with the exception I’ve had already quite a bit of warranty work performed, the original owner didn’t take care of. So far I’m getting any maintenance done that it’s lacked, cosmetically updating the badges, and adding performance improvements here and there. It does have get up and go, once past the little bit of turbo lag. I’m averaging around 22 mpg in the city and have gotten as much as 40mpg on the highway with the cruise control on. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with it and look forward to adding more performance improvements as I can to help it out.
