Our Toyota was totaled and we needed a new car. Tony Berger was our Sales Representative. We drove 3 vehicles and Tony walked us through the features as well as differences between each style. We found the perfect car! He discussed prices, value of different features and saved us some money with a nice Rebate. We hadn't bought a new car in 10 years. With Tony's help, we were able to purchase a new car in a little over an hour. The process was seamless and everyone from Tony to Tammy were so wonderful to us. We picked up our car and Tony walked us through the features and we couldn't be happier. Tony left me a message saying my license plants were in. I drove to the dealership and Tony brought my plates out, installed them and he even programed my cell phone numbers into the system. The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

This is the second vehicle I purchased through Pat Sills at Hosmer Toyota and he does a fantastic job open and honest very thorough. In the future we definitely will go back to Hosmer and have Pat help us!

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

John McCluskey did a great job finding the right vehicle for us. We have worked with John in the past and he always comes through for us. The process was quick and smooth. John rocks!

Meets what we are in need of. For normal commute. Retired not much traveling. Car is Very comfortable and easy to drive. Great looking car

While we we on a road trip, experienced a problem with our Sienna. Called Hosmer Toyota and asked if they could take a look at the problem. The Service Manager, Jason Zak, said he would work us in if we could get to the dealership asap. We arrived an hour before closing, was greeted by Jason and our problem was resolved very quickly. Cannot say enough positive things about this Dealership and Jason Zak. Jason is AMAZING. He even had our dirty van washed. THANK YOU!

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.
