I ended up with a really good car, in excellent condition and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, everything went pretty well; I just had to wait a bit longer than expected to be helped when I arrived, nothing serious, but it did make the visit a little longer. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but in the end it was worth it and I’m happy with the purchase.

I traveled from Houston to purchase a used automobile. The car was exactly as represented (excellent ), dealing with Kerry was a real pleasure as well as Greg Marino. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the cars, the classy service and the high level of integrity of both Kerry and Greg. Kerry was my principal contact and demonstrated knowledge, a low key and non pushy approach to sales, excellent knowledge of the car which he represented with great accuracy and a most pleasant personal style. The best Car I ever owned. The Urus is better then the Aventador(which I owned). Great torque, smooth ride, Has every toy you would want.

I normally deal with the Lamborghini Miami Dealership. Gil the GM and Eddie the Service Manager always treat me like Family. --------- This was my 1st experience with Lamborghini Palm Beach. I spoke to Ken the Sales Manager and Tom the General Manager. They gave me a good price for my 08 Spyder Gallardo as a trade and I was very happy with my Purchase. I wanted to have a few things done to the Huracan and they started doing the things I requested as we were doing the paper work. They needed another day to finish working on my car so, Ken the Sales Manager, gave me a brand new URUS to drive back to Cape Coral which is about 200 miles away! ----- In conclusion: Ken Milordis the Sales Manager was very professional and accommodating. Tom Prowzick the General Manager was very helpful was there for the entire process. He introduced me all of the Managers there and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my close friends and family. This is how a customer should be treated when you buy this type of Vehicle!
