We have purchased two new cars from Glenn Freedom and are in the process of ordering and buying a 2021 Dodge Challenger RT Scat. The customer service had been prompt and the people I have spoke. With have provided all the information I have requested. Carl is my main salesperson and I’ve also worked with Tim. They are both very knowledgeable, patient and have made my experience a good one.

This car has met all of our needs, but most importantly it has been safe and reliable. I bought it for my son and we have never had a problem with it. All maintenance has been performed . The car is in great shape

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! A good straight forward deal. Happy with the car and price and got the extended warranty which makes me more confident. Saed, the owner and salesman is of good character and low pressure.

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

Emailing back and forth with Ms Palmer on a car I was wanting to buy .Ms Palmer suggest that I look at the car fax report and by doing so I found out there was frame damage along with a few other things. I ask Ms Palmer if frame was covered and she informed it wasn't but I could take to any shop to have it check out. After reading Carfax report I decide not to buy the car Ms Palmer could have NOT been more honest then that. I also called the dealership and talk to a gentleman that was helpful also. I'm saying this as I would buy and suggest other people do xx out this dealership Thanks Ms Palmer Walt Knabb

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

Bought this Jeep to tow behind our RV. This gives us the ability to explore when we get to our camp site. I love the Jeep styling the interion comfort is better than I expected. Ride is decent and power is good.

This car has met all of our needs. Tons of power when you need it. 4x4, roomy and well designed. Very easy to maintain and sure to last. Great family car that is safe and reliable!

I had this car for 8 years and never had a single mechanical or cosmetic issue with it. It's easy to clean and detail. In sport mode it shifts flawlessly and is fun. The car is surprisingly quick and will last forever. Mine had almost 200k miles on it and it still felt like I was driving it when it was brand new.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I purchased my 2015 Ford fiesta SE about a month ago with 30,000 miles on it. It is a 5 speed manual transmission and have done some light maintenance to it like changed the oil, wiper blades and new tires. I purchased this car to use for commuting to and from work and everyday use. I was able to take it out on the open road over the weekend and was very surprised how well it performed going up steep hills and on the highway. It kept it's power up hills and I was easily able to maintain a 75 mph. Great on gas, fun to drive the only con that I have experienced this far is the limited back seat space. Overall a great little economical car for the price.

Excellent repaired that day ,computer read the problem they replaced thermostat ,that fixed the problem. I did not have an appointment . Valerie always makes it easy to get the job done.

Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

Over all car is great. I’ve taken it on long trips. To get past the auto stop. Put the car in L and go to 6. It takes some time getting used to ,but it works. By doing this you will save your battery and starter. Car looks awesome detailed too. I get about 28 miles on the highway and around 26 in city. It’s reliable.

I recently purchased a 2019 4Runner from Toyota South. It's been 16 years since I've bought a vehicle and, I must say, the entire experience was the best I've ever had. I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.
