I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

I had an Amazing experience with Jorge Martinez at the dealership. I would never thought that I would drive a Mercedes but Jorge made incredible easy. We drove different cars and he was super professional and got me all the details. He help me find the right number and the finance process was a breeze. This is a Dream come true not only because I have an amazing Mercedes but the Fact that is Electric makes all the difference in the world. I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

My experience at this dealership was fantastic. Kyle Thompson was very accommodating with his schedule to meet mine since I was traveling from East Boca. The entire team was hands down very helpful from beginning to end. Although it took a few days to decide on the vehicle my sales rep, finance team and dealership were utmost helpful and cordial through the entire transaction. I normally feel uncomfortable whenever I enter a car dealership; many bad experiences have led me to that point. I can say with all honesty that this time was extremely different. I met with Carlos Torres, the gentleman extraordinaire, extremely patient, honest, and very transparent; something to cherish very much in a person. I also appreciate Steve for greeting me in the parking lot, showing me a round, and ensuring I was always comfortable throughout the process; a wonderful and extremely valuable team member!! Several staff members greeted me during my visit and offered their service for anything I needed from water, tea, to moments of their great sense of humor. Other places usually spend their time trying to assume my financial status and treat or ignore me according to their assessment; NOT HERE!! I commend all of their staff, from sales to finance, for their well-constructed team of great individuals. I loved it and highly recommend. This is it!

I recently had my Land Rover D90 in for the first time for an oil change and once over. I?ve had nothing but great experiences with staff, as in a prior review I?d mentioned Sammy and Nathalie who?d helped me even prior to this. My arrival was taken care of immediately, and Hila, my Service Rep kept me informed the entire time. She was attentive, answering all of my questions with a genuine smile. If you need assistance, ask for Catalina ("Cat") Sandoval. She's absolutely extraordinary. My family was in need of new vehicle with an expanding family on the way, and she and I first spoke extensively over the phone about the inventory and the car that we were interested in purchasing. These calls were after having done extensive online research to find the best possible combination of price and quality. After multiple phone calls, I then drove on a Sunday to the dealership - hours away - and Cat greeted me at the door as it opened. She and her colleagues walked me through the purchase, and we couldn't be happier with the new vehicle. Excellent service, and above all, Cat is simply an excellent person. Highly recommended.

I have a Land Rover near my house (Coral Gables), but since I met the manager LUIS CHIEA, nothing has stopped me from traveling to the north of Miami. Now the company has hired PAULO SANTOS, who speaks Portuguese as well as LUIS CHIEA. THIS SALESMAN WILL CERTAINLY BE A SALES CHAMPION... HE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER. I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.
