I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

Since I was seeking a rare used car, I bought this car online with only a FaceTime view ( I had test driven one prior but missed out on buying it). Agent Jaydon was very helpful throughout the process, reassuring this anxious buyer, assisting in financing and arranging to ship the car. Overral a pretty good dealership experience. I had a peculiar situation where I was buying a car in CA to take to CO, full time garaged and operated in CO so they walked me through all the nuanced options I had in terms of registration, transportation, etc. Very nice ambiance in the dealership, well kept. Saleswoman was very nice and approachable, great communication. I also got a great deal, in fact this is the best dealership experience I've had in LA and I've had some horrid experience's at VW and Porsche. There is definitely more of a grounded nature to Woodland Hills (avoid Beverly Hills dealerships at all cost).
