It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. If you’re on the fence about where to purchase your next vehicle, I can’t recommend CarMax enough. From great trade-in offers to their stellar warranty program and impeccable customer service, they’ve won me over as a fan for life. The ride, capabilities, comfort and features simply dont exist on any other suv for the money. Ride quality is luscious...yay air suspension. Power is plenty. Quiet as a library with every safety feature..And gas mileage is not bad. Blows away the german or Asian versions at this price.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
